Philip Buckingham ‏@PJBuckingham Safe to say DJC's burned his bridges at #hcafc. His sudden change of heart upset a lot of people at the KC Stadium.
Saw it on SSN, oh how justice works. Now lets forget him & kick back on Saturday, show him what he missed.
Probably Blackburn not submitting it. Did Rochina complete his loan to what ever foreign club it was he said he was joining?
I bet the Allams were willing to toss out a lot of cash for him and then for him to leave they are probably royally pissed off.
Actually, he can't do that. If he signs in the Emergency Loan Window it will be a loan, he stays on QPR books, on QPR contract. Blackburn would pay QPR a proportion of his existing wage (up to 100%) which is lower then he wanted at Blackburn. Also means that come 93 days the loan is up and they can buy him (in Summer) or tell him to sod off. No 3.5 year deal for Mr Campbell. and, of course, he is another 6 months older. This is good for Blackburn (if he agrees loan) but a disaster for DJ Campbell (and his agent). Of course Blackburn may not want him on loan if there are other options available. No rush now, time for them to look around.
The other thing in Blackburns favour now is that they can offer him reduced terms. I doubt anyone else will want him after last week. His agents/henchmen would fit perfectly in @ Millwall. What a group of thugs they looked.
More fool them if they do. I just wonder if DJC may upset that dressing room if he goes there ?? I really do think we have dodged a bullet now.
If they are trouble i dont care how good they are. Why upset a happy camp for one greedy mercenary and undo all the good work ??
Listen, anyone that doesn't think that we will be a MUCH improved team with Elmo back in the side, plus the most recent Golden Boot winner at the CAF, along with the player that keeps Elmo out of his best starting position in the national set up must be the world's greatest eternal pessimist! Congratulations!
1/ The Egyptian league has been shut down, as far as I recall. They've just started playing matches again, minus fans. 2/ Is the Egyptian league similar to ours in footballing terms? 3/ The national teams in the ACoN play a pretty different kind of game to our UK game (as someone has already posted)
One thing that I DO know for certain is that, given the choice, I'd have chosen, every time, two international players that appear keen to play for our club, over a mercenary c**t that appears not to!
