So am I to be honest, much as we need another striker, it shouldn't be at any price. It seems any deal for Jackson is subject to Norwich getting Hooper and that isn't going to happen. We're on to Plan C.

What do you thing Gedo is, a keeper? I'd rather we'd also brought in an established PL/Championship striker, but it wasn't to be. I suspect we'll take a look at Gedo or the next couple of weeks and if he doesn't look like a world beater, we'll bring in an emergency loan.
Don't think it's been mentioned on this thread so for those that don't know, young Cian Bolger has gone on a perm to Bolton. I guess that's why we didn't allow him to go back out on loan. I think this is an odd one - not even got anywhere near our squad so I'd be surprised if he makes much of an impact at Bolton.
