Adebayor will be back from Africa in a few weeks and Defoe will pick up again once the playing surfaces get a bit firmer underfoot. So do NOT expect miracles in this transfer window, remember, Spurs did not get Champions League (CL) football this season, and will once again be reliant on the likes of Chelsea and Arsenil to do us favours this season. However, I'm not convinced that Spurs would've participate much further in this transfer window, even with revenue derived from Champion League football. You see, Spurs have brought in at least 5 first team players (apparently), within the last 6 months, and must now surely be keeping an eye on the financial books especially bearing in mind, the UEFA financial Fair Play Regulations are about to be tested. Big money Transfers on strikers look to be out of the question IMO. 'Soon be Spring-time'.

Reports are suggesting that Pritchard signed a 2 and a half year deal with an option to extend it before his loan move. That's good news, even if we don't bring anyone else in.
Well so far my claim is still true (Holtby had already signed by this point - his early arrival doesn't break my bet!) -------------------------------- So I've just got in from work and have just been getting more and more annoyed reading the days events. jenas to QPR seems probable...hope it works out for him...I know he weren't popular but I think that he was great for us up until 2008/09 ... scored plenty of times v the gooners for us too
