White socks on tonight. Coincidence we're gubbing the Ayrshire Huns?

    Just a coinkydink.

    Black socks are the future.

Archie on Sellick TV is good. Maybe they are taking production a bit more serious these days?

Wrong names or not, Ex Hun or not, he pisses all over Burley.

Despite watching Celtic TV (Channel67) for the best part of the last decade I couldn't tell you the commentators names off the top of my head (I'll know as soon as you remind me). I still have no idea who was commentating tonight - but they were proper ****e. Bring back the "that was ridiculous!" on every referee decision that goes against us - I'm not paying Celtic for a BBC style neutral commentary <ok>

Archie lends it a wee bit of gravitas though.

I have no idea what the partisan guys names are either. They could be any bampot really. Ratsadisgraceful decision yet again!!!

    Nope.

We've worn the white socks since the Benfica game - don't think we've worn the black ones more than once since. I think they're gone for another eighty odd years.

Matthews was brilliant last night - was moved from RB to midfield after the two injuries and was right in Killie's faces - the first goal he scored was a pearler.

Stokesy - brilliant when he came on. Buzzed like ****. Scored one (mad angle, rounded the keeper brilliantly) and set up Matthews second.

Samaras and Izzy might now be doubtful for the next couple of weeks which includes the Juve game.

Zaluska wasn't at fault for the goal (Wanyama was if memory serves me right) but Forster still can't come back quick enough.

    Izaguirre should be OK.

Sammy possibly out for 2-3 weeks. Hopefully a scan will give better news though.

The Sammy one looked ridiculous - opposite touchline to me but he walked about twenty yards before sitting down.

Consensus in Area 101 was that he was at it <laugh>

Agree - Adam James Matthews was excellent - seems like he can play well in any position, including striker! Was great to see Anthony Stokes back and as you say, buzzing - I thought he and young Tony Watt really livened things up. Unfortunately, for me, Victor Mugabe Wanyama was rather disappointing and has still a lot to learn. He was a bit too casual at times and badly caught out on a few occasions ... hope it's not a case of believing all the hype about himself and thinking he's the finished article.

Yup, I thought Wanyama was poor again last night. Kayal would've done a better job and, for the second game in a row, Broon was easily our best midfielder.

And, aye, Venom, it was ****ing baltic.

So much so, I was forced to stop in four hostelries on the way back into town simply for a heat <whistle><hic><wifebeeling>

I've got tickets for this Scotland game in Aberdeen next Wednesday. Absolutely dreading it now, supposed to sleet and snow this weekend here.

I'd rather sell Hooper or Vic than Broony. It's as simple as that for me.

I wouldn't mind going to that game at Pittodrie at all (if it wisnae miles away).

I'm presuming most of the Celtic players will drop out through mysterious pre-Juventus "strains".

Prepare yourself for a midfield with Scott Robertson or somebody in it <yikes>

I'm hoping most of the players will show because it's Strachans first game. But that's definitely wishful thinking

We played some brilliant stuff last night but we never looked comfortable until the 3rd goal went in. Matthews was exceptional, Stokes again looked sharp and it may be time to drop big Vic and give Kayal a chance.

Killie's midfield didn't come out of it too well (especially compared to St Mirren) but their forwards caused us some hassle (more so when Big Vic went to Centre Half)

He's out of practice at CB, that's maybe why he was a bit lacking. I loved the bit in the first half when the 2 killie players tried to sandwich him and they just bounced off him <laugh>

Killie's tactics were shocking last night. 3-1 down and they take off a forward and put on a defender.

Old Archie was near apoplectic at that.
