Already a legend in my humble opinion.

I don't doubt his love, but doesn't mean he wouldn't leave if the right offer comes in.

all good, but we have sort of been here before.

don't want to be the doom and gloom monger, but players attitude could easily change next week by falling out with a player or manager wants to cash in on them or club do, family become unsettled etc.

glad he is happy for now, hopefully we will show him we are progressing by getting results on pitch and he stays for along time and we give him what his talent deserves and that's CL football

Though I hope he stays, as I like the guy and Liverpool, if he was to move on in a similar fashion to Torres to Chelsea would he still be seen as a legend?

No of course not. If he plays well and decides one day to leave then he'll go with our grudging best wishes.

If he leaves with class and an in dignified manner, then fair enough.

Torres would have still been a legend in my eyes if he had left with class.

To be honest I think he will give us till the end of next season. If we are not in the champions league I can see him going to Real Barca or Bayern as long as its done with dignity I would be happy with that.

this is grand unitl the big offer comes in.

torres is still playing the mouth. 2/3 years later.

If the club get a big offer for suarez and he wants to go then fine. I would hope he lessens the one here though and never says stuff that ends up being a lie cos he moves.... torres said directly he'd neve rjoin another english club etc etc... the club needed him and he left on 24hours notice. had he stayed and then gone i nthe summer it would not be so bad as i beleive he'd already agreed to move to cheslea as RA is a corrupt rule ignoring despot.... but anyway.

yeah sounds great and all but he can move the minute that big offer comes.

    What a load of pessimists.:)
I know you'll argue it's just being realistic, and you could well be right, but why talk ourselves into it?
We really don't know what's going to happen, but at least he's making the right noises for now, and we can't expect more.

We've had a few posts about him leaving, it may well happen one day but we all need to get over the Torres thing and enjoy Suarez while he's a Liverpool player.

When Torres **** on us it was like being dumped by your girlfriend for one of the local chavs, it's left it's mark, we were hurt and though we would never love again. But now we have a new girlfriend and she better looking and has more class than that last scrubber.

This is great but we need to stop thinking that she's going to sleep around again and break our hearts. We cannot be the paranoid boyfriend forever we need to move on and remember that there are plenty of good looking girls out there that want to be our new girlfriend.

that is something to seriously worry about.

city only have 3 strikers at mo and normally to be competitive at top you need 4.

so Aguero,Tevez and Dzeko at mo, is another likely to be added to that and will it be luis, lets fecking hope not!! but money talks now days and City have plenty.

  20. It wouldn't surprise me if Man City were to come in with a ridiculous bid but I don't think we would sell him in this window, never mind this late. The Torres situation was different, he wanted to go and had done for a while.
