After yet another pathetic 2nd half capitulation to yet another shower of ****e, I am absolutely delighted not to have to suffer anymore of this crap at home this season. Fortress SOL? **** off and stop taking the piss. I am not excusing the worst refereeing decision I have ever seen in 36 years watching pro football with that penalty either and it may be said it effected the game as 2-2 would have seen Wolves crumble but after that, we just gave up.

We are softer at home these days than George Michael's cock looking at nude pictures of Angelina Jolie.

One bloke up front against a team that had more holes in their defence than room full of prostitutes? Pathetic Bruce. Friggin pathetic. Where was the bold approach with Noble and Lynch from the start in a 4-4-2 formation. We were at home with no pressure and an absolutely perfect opportunity to blood the young lads. Bruce is frightened in this job at SAFC. Terrified in fact.

Why then wait until we are chasing the game to bring them on? Crap, second rate management skills IMO.

Given that it looks like the board are sticking with him, Bruce now has a massive 2.5 months ahead of him. He has to recruit the right players and off load the wastes of space. Yes we have had injuries and yes that has effected the season but to the extent it has since January? There has to be much blame and finger pointing towards the coaching, physios and especially the poor management decisions.

This season promised much but just like any other Sunderland team of the last 40 years, they delivered nothing but disappointment once again. Record investment and loads of big noises from the boardroom about stay away fans (despite an average attendance that embarrasses that outburst totally) but ultimately, we just don't have the right calibre of player OR manager to deliver anything of substance.

    End of season report?

Good start but one of the most pathetic last 4 months since the 15 point disaster for me and a huge, nay massive backward step from last year IMO. Bruce has a pre-season recruitment and the first 10 games of next year to show me any different and then we MUST replace him before he ruins yet another 2nd half of the season as he has done for the past 4 seasons with us and his previous clubs.

Rubbish today again at home but why was I still surprised?

Is it just me or does this season begin to resemble the one we had before the 19-point season?

We were never going to go down that year, yet we struggled for most of the season, ****-all was done during the summer, and ... we know the rest.

Like Cest, I thought Bruce was the manager to take us to the next level, but fact is we'll finish below the Mags and comfortably in the bottom half, and major surgery is needed in the summer.

Once upon a time I would have been chuffed with staying up with two games to go - but that was when the manager had 2p to spend, after all the massive investment it's not good enough.

Bruce not good enough. He shouldn't be allowed another 10 games. Sack him end of season and get O`Neill in. Bruce has had his chance and he has NOT been good enuf! New blood needed to move us on to next level in my humble opinion!!!!!!!!

    ****ing hell Cest, perfect description.
To be honest though I think Bruce has had his chance, all the bullshit about injuries is wearing very thin with me now.
What was the excuse when we had full teams out? (Were they preparing for injury by playing so badly?)
We have have some damn fine players who have been badly mismanaged and organised with the tactical nous of a gnat!

If Quinn doesn't ditch Bruce I will have to start quesioning his ability also. come on Nial Show a bit of bottle for the sake of the club.

Truth is if you really have the interests of our club at heart you would do the right thing and sack Bruce.

Bruce is not a Manager. I.m sure some of you out there are though and have already gathered that. He doesn't seem to be much of a coach either.

If Quinn wants to get the crowds back we need a world class manager - like now!!!!!.

Another season of Bruce will just be a repeat of this one.

He's had his chance along witth my unwavering support but he lost that a few weeks ago.

So from now on I don't intend to waste valuable leasure time watching the ****e Bruce serves up next season.

I love the club but quite honestly at my age it's becomming too much like hard work.
