I am with you on this, Thought it was a good performance alittle bit toothless up top. As per usual we kept the ball well and at least Ki did try a couple of shots for the first time this season. we went away from home bossed possession and had more efforts on goal than the home side, who managed none on target.

My on worry seems to come from a lack of goals at the mo. I have to agree with all of you when you say DG should have started last night and if he does go we need to bring someone in PDQ.

This is true. On the balance of play and chances created we deserved all three but I'd have taken a point beforehand, as others have said on this forum.

Because Sunderland defended well (the only thing you did well in fact) and are an established Prem side? Jeesh.

Any away point is good and most of us would have been well happy with that before the game because Sunderland have shown some pretty decent form in recent games. As it transpired, apart from a period in the second half, we were well on top for most of the game and should have won it with something to spare.

That we didn't was our own fault because we didn't translate our good play into goals. It was one of those games. We will play better and lose and play worse (we have done) and win. That's football but it's another point towards safety, which is the main thing.

So defending well means that you are not worthy of a draw? We offered nothing, nothing going forward. While you apparently played well becasue you passed it around a lot. Yet, you weren't able to create any good opportunities that worried Mignolet. We were there for the taking and your alleged 'dominance' proved to be yet again an exercise in 'pretty' but fruitless football.

Your finishing didn't let you down because our defense didn't afford to you clear chances. Our excuse isn't an excuse, its an explanation we were a poop and never got going.

You keep the ball well mind, thats quite defensive when you think about it.

It could be argued that Swansea City are quite boring in that they sometimes lack penetration.

We had the same ****e from the uneducated Mackems last season. Only QPR fans are like them. They're actually happy with an old school manager because if you notice every time one of their players passes it sideways or back he gets booed - and I've said so on their board.

"our defense didn't afford to you clear chances" - we had at least 4 more than you. <laugh>

Why did you never get going then. Was it because you couldnt get the ball and spent whole game chasing shadows. was wondering how many shots you actually had last night. Also, how many goals you have scored this season and how many our defensive style of play has managed. fancy that our defensive side has scored more than yours.

I think you need to do less of that ,you're letting your brain down. I thank you for your concern on our alleged deficiencies , they're duly noted and they'll be passed on to the appropriate department.I'd more concerned if I was you with your team but thanks again

Oh dear oh dear oh dear.

Did you see the game? The opportunities you created came largely from 20 yards out, or had plenty of bodies between the goal and the ball. Mignolet was never worried.

Correct, TLF. They didn't just turn up and play badly. They weren't allowed to play because our players put in a decent shift. Looking at their board they seem, with some exceptions, to be one of the few sets of fans that have trouble admitting they were outplayed on the night. Aways the same with them.
