Morning all - thanks for the frothy AK.

Very mild morning in West West London - 9C when I left and 13C last night!

BB - yes I am in favour of the government kicking the arses of the football administrators in England. For far too long they have been running the game for their own benefit and not for the fans, the game itself of the country. Changes i would make:-

    1. Force the FA & FL to merge.
    2. Ensure the Prem league revenues was more fairly distributed and for the good of football and not a few peoples wallets.
    3. Esatablish a proper structure to replace the regional structures run by the old duffers who are only interested in getting their FA cup final ticket allocation and free Prem tickets. I would make them responsible for the development of the game across all levels in their areas. Everything from junior and school football through pub football and semi-pro teams and up to local professional teams. They would also be responsible for monitoring and audit of clubs to give early warnings of the likes of Baz.
    4. I would establish a proper coaching structure as seen in most other countries and set a target to signicantly increase the number of qualified coaches at a pro level. Currently there is a mass coaching programme at junior level, but after that is it too costly in terms of cost and time for most working people to take it on. I would use Prem revenues to fund this.
    5. Massive change in schools and kids football with small pitches with artifical surfaces and encourage skills and development and move away from continued competitive matches. My youngest had to start playing on a full size adult pitch when he was 11 - the men used to finish on a Sunday morning and they used to then kick off.

These things will never get done with the current set-up and we will continue to moan about the lack of home grown talent and England failing time after time after time..

    It's a thought anyway!

Morning all from a poorly hornet, on top of our rubbish performance (6 changes!!!), I had to visit the local hospital due to severe pains in my kidney. Luckily just an infection and antibiotics should sort me out. But next few days will be a bit rough :(.

When is GFZ going to learn that when you have a winning team don't tinker with it. A couple of changes would have been ok but 6 just destroyed our good run and probably some of the teams confidence too :(.

I feel like I have been severely let down after that performance last night:( Onwards and upwards fingers crossed but any more games like that and we will not be in the mix at the end of the season!

Yes he has gone after a year I think. Don't think you get many second chances with these owners.
