I can understand them closing ranks and supporting their own, but I'd have thought they'd have realised that T Wit was being an arse and a ban was the only way to shut him up.
Thing is, I think our mods are pretty tolerant. If anyone wants to come and debate or have a bit of genuine banter that's fine, but all too often we get people throwing insults, calling it "banter" and then whinging if they get a bit back. Childish.

Terror is one of their main guys We let hell of a lot of stuff go. Terror had been on our boards for a long time and, whether he intended to or not, every time he commented it caused problems. IMO, he deserved a ban for the same reasons as matth did Get it done
