Just what is going on here, it seems that Man U are eyeing him up as a possible left back, surely if he may be good enough for them then he must be more than good enough for us. Why are we letting our young talent go at the moment? I can only think that this deal may have something to do with Keane possibly, otherwise it just does not make sense, either way we should not let it happen on the cheap like we always seem to be doing lately!
This is last weeks news but for some reason SKY have only just caught up and everyone is copying the story Schlupp's trial was extended last week and it ends on 31st Jan. which is deadline day so Man U have to decide what they want to do either today or tommorow or he returns here Chris Powell has since registered an interest in signing Schlupp presumably on loan
Sorry to FosseFilberto for repeating his thread, I didn't refresh the page and did not realise he had penned the same thing
No probs - Lcfcfox1 - a moot question - have you seen my (admittedly tongue-in-cheek) conspiracy theory on one of the other threads? Swap deal Michael Keane for Jeff - hence us letting 20 year old centre-back Cian Bolger join Bolton after some 'hugely impressive' performances on loan at Bristol Rovers who were also keen to buy him but could not come up with the reddies we were wanting - there could, of couurse, be many differing explanations as to why we are prepared to let him go - but at 20 and on the back of the reports he would have seen to have been a very promising youngster?
Im hoping Pearson "asked" Man U to run the rule over him to see if he has the potential to be OUR future LB. Don't know why but maybe utd have some better teachers/talent spotters up there... after all he'd be up against Nani, Young, Valencia et el in training. As opposed to Paul Gallagher!
Hi Fosse, I do see where you are coming from, maybe we should ask Mulder and Scully to open up an X-FILE lol
.. might just be that Cian has been sniffing around NP's daughter ... has a thing for centre-halves (allegedly) ...
