Nelsen walks when a nice little job turns up in Mls and u all think he's a hero. He's a selfish coward taking the easy way out. He deserves to get panned and you lot are pussies for supporting him. We never got any cash for his transfer either. It doesn't get any worse than that. Will never forgive him for this
He's not 'mental' you have to think of it from his point of view, he's probably going to retire at the end of the season anyway and wants to move into football management, those opportunitys are rare and he has chosen to develop his career. Yes it's frustrating for us to see him leave but if I were him I'd do the same, some may see it as selfish but I see it as logical for him.
Not sure I like the fact he's going and don't agree with it 100% but not a lot we can do so I stood up and applauded him for his performances in ALL his games for us as I've never seen him play a bad game for us including clean sheets tonight and against other top teams. 10% of me may think he's selfish in not staying for the rest of his contract and helping us out of our situation but 90% of me is glad he gave a **** in his last contract as a pro footballer! Thank you Ryan and good luck, doesn't mean to say I'm pleased you are going but hopefully you have influenced others in the squad to actually care!
Oh he's been great for us alright. He's just cut it a bit short. And wouldn't see it through when we really needed it. Which is why I booed the twat mercilessly tonight. And others around me joined in. He could have been an all time Rs legend. But took the fluffy easy way out instead. So he can do one and go down in Rs history ad as a lightweight and bottler when it mattered. Twat.
He was bought as back up in the first place. A signing slated by most, old, past it etc. What do we know of what intentions both club and player had at the time. We signed him as a stop gap/back up, why should he have to turn down a good personal opurtunity for that? Didn't see anyone cry when Ferdinand left. Does it only matter when a quality player leaves as opposed to a **** one? Hypocrisy is the word I'm looking for.
He's selfish because we haven't made money on a free transfer? He's selfish because he's looking to the future when he has glass ankles and we're relentlessly playing him when he was brought in a back up? What would happen if he turned down the MLS job and his knees went? Would we start calling him a mercenary for getting paid? Better he stays because we can't cope without a 35 year old who's given his all and remained completely professional. Sorry, who's selfish again?
He's selfish. He signed a contract til the end of the season. And now he's wimped out because his ankles hurt. I don't buy it. He passed a medical at Qpr. He could have stayed til end of season and been an all-time Rs legend. But he's wimped out cos a nice little coaching jobs come up. How does that help us? Id rather back the boys sho are with us til the seasons end. Nelsen can do one.
How the **** do you know what his contract said, how do you know there wasn't a get out clause if a management job was offered to him? You are a ****ing tool OP and just be thankful me and my mates didn't hear you slagging him off. I bet you and your mates thought you was right clever, the club doesn't need people like you. Knob Head.
That's funny I didnt hear any booing.... Must've been drowned out by all the "one Ryan Nelsens" It's not just the fans that love him either mate. If he was the selfish git you're advertising him as I doubt the players would've formed a guard of honour for him at the end.
