Hmm⦠I wanted to respond to this, Miggins, but could not find the right words without incriminating myself (in a rather different way)! Perhaps I should not admit to ever visiting Columbia, never mind ⦠err ⦠woops ⦠I still almost incriminated myself! Must be the small amount of alcohol in my blood, officerâ¦
Who knows, if we are lucky they fired the guy/gal who was doing it previously considering they got worse and worse...
And it got to the point where you waiting weeks for them instead of a few days. I also miss the juicy radio messages we never get to hear during the actual race.
The reason for that is obvious, Ferrari and McLaren have gone around FOM and the DVD in general and pretty much stopped anything to put them in a bad light anymore. At least RBR don't go about demanding changes on their lead driver considering the recent DVD made Seb sound like a tool and other drivers look like little angels... Seems Seb is the only driver that gets angry on the grid, like hell he does. I would of been interested what was going on in Lewis mic at Valencia and Alonso's at Italy for a bit longer than 1 sentence which got revealed to us... Typical cooperate big shots demanding what is and what is not said now. Santander and XIX wouldn't be too far off the mark IMO as well demanding changes with McLaren and Ferrari.
Mark webber talks Lance Armstrong here:http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/21240896 looks like this may also be his last column for the BBC
Did not realise he was still doing those I remember him writing those up back when RBR were crap, shame more drivers don't do that kind of thing would be cool to get more insight rather than the rubbish most of them post on twitter which actually makes them seem quiet boring. For example Button only posts about doing triathlons, Alonso is always 'training' and in the simulator and Lewis is always hanging out with what looks like the worst friendship group of all time. Webber seems like the only driver who is prepared to openly show what his interests he has outside F1 and be brutally honest alongside Kimi in my opinion.
Car must be looking good then if he intends to stop posting on BBC. Think he said the same thing before 2011.
This would be a good contribution to the thread currently discussing the 2013 calendar http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/192909-10th-Grand-Prix-of-the-season
Jacques Villeneuve is set to become a TV commentator... http://www.yallaf1.com/2013/01/29/villeneuve-to-become-commentaor-for-italian-tv/ Cue two hours of him slagging of Kimi and how it is far too easy for F1 drivers to pass and how it was better back in his days.
Let me guess, without looking it's with a Spanish or Italian TV company? ...................and I was right! Let me guess it's all because of his "honesty" that he seems to hate both Kimi and Seb in particular and they have found a new sense of respect for him how rich! Oh Mark Gene as well, I'm sure they will enjoy doing this alot while chatting about how wonderful Alonso is!
I think there was a big clue in the link address Does JV speak Italian? Edit: Actually he was in Italian F3 for a while so he must do I suppose.
He only needs to act like Peter Griffen: Almost sounds as moronic... Knew I hated JV for a reason, he was good in the F1Racing mag, then he got too big for his wig and started to act like a twat and he wonders why he gets death threats by Canadians... And BTW no I didn't read the link
