Happy Birthday Dex..... If you have been at it since Saturday you are a much better man than I. We only have a couple of years difference in age but I would be lucky to make it all the way to closing time on the Saturday itself let alone extend it through the coming week, even worse as those two years are in my favour.

Thats twice that Guest Of Honour has been beaten through no fault of his own.

Thats the only race ive seen today, have they all been walked at that speed?

No they haven't. My boy did that nicely. McCoy could have taken it up if he realised his boy didn't have the speed.

Belle Nocerre loses so I leave it there. Four bets. Two winners and a second. I'm laughing.

Didnt have the speed? finished faster than yours m8, made up two lengths on it in the straight, just had no chance from the starting position in a false race.

Put they 3 horses in a truly run 2 mile race and Guest Of Honour would win on the steel, simple fact.

I love the master. Even in defeat he takes no prisoners and comes out all guns blazing.

Today there was no pace. That was fairly obvious pre race. Probably why the smart money was on the winner and the fav drifted all day.

What your saying is in perfect conditions with a race run to suit yours would have won. Not exactly statement of the year now is it.

Ouchh.... Daunt lost that at the start in my opinion, he got a bad position and was only able to race when the others had too much of a head start, running on well at the end. Connections must have had fingers burnt badly by that as it shortend all day.

6/4 into 4/6 on the track?

I dont want a truly run race to suit an individual horse, I want it because when they arent truly run, you get false results, the first 3 all the way finish 1,2,3 and the form is worthless. Why would any punter want that?

The best horses come to the fore when the race is truly run, when you get these farcical crawls, 200/1 shots are still sitting there 1f out.

This is what I want to see, a real gallop, the bingers out the back with the washing where they should be, thats what happens in truly run races.
