Adeyami has extented his loan at Brentford. Neil Lennon says he's not putting a price on Gary Hooper after rejecting two bids from Norwich City for the Celtic striker. Meanwhile, Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas has played down speculation he wants to sign Hooper. SSN - Mark Buckingham
Can't believe we've not been linked with Nicola Zigic, I'd rather have him than Bowditch - though I guess his wages would be a lot more and I don't really want us to sign either.
Itâs all very quiet; McNally not tweeted for two days now and him a regular tweeter. Guessing heâs a very busy man trying to get the players high lighted by hughton. I must say reading a lot of the posts this week it is a tad negative but who ever we bring in we must get behind them 100% at carrow road to get us across the finishing line still in the EPL. I must say the crowd on Saturday was very quiet, I was sitting in my normal season ticket seat in the Barcley and I didnât recognize anybody around me. Tried to get a few songs going and some noise but nobody either knew the songs or they all come from either the jarrold stand/river end. But I thought we had sold 20,000 tickets just to our season ticket holders as only 2000 went on general sale.
Its probably my mate talkin crap and tryin to get a bite but he said there are whispers of Bassong to Shammers. I said its rubbish as he is under contract and we dont need the money. UNLESS they have offered enough to get Hooper and Davies (and Van Wolf with the money we already had) its never gona be true. Im praying for 2 of those 3.
the Rudd loan had to happen, he needs first team football. but i am guessing he will leave CR fo good soon if Ruddy stays and Steer is a few years younger and just as good.
Bassong cannot be allowed to go anywhere without a seriously stupid sized bid. It's getting too late to sign a replacement. Rudd loan is a good'un, hopefully he'll be first choice at Preston, although I've no idea what their keeper situation is like. It's interesting that now the RvW rumour seems to have some truth in it, all previous targets somehow seem tame in comparison. Hooper or Graham would be a decent addition to our squad, but RvW is so tantalising it would seem a let down. Was really hoping I was going to come online tonight and find we'd signed someone...
