The bloke who won a grand at half time!!

    Entertainment my arse, complete shambles.

Lets get one thing straight, that was as clear a penalty as I've ever seen and the ref had an excellent view of it. For whatever reason (which I'm sure we'll never hear), he chose not to give it, but and this is a big BUT ... we deserved nowt from that match!

Henderson, was back to his sideways best, Mensah got caught out more times that I'd care to admit, Elmo, not a defender, definitely NOT a defender. Riveros??? I've seen a few threads on here recently stating he'll come good, bollocks, he's yards, not a yard, YARDS to slow for the prem, and that's even at the pedestrian pace we currently play at! Can somebody please, please explain to me why Steed and even Henderson who was ****e today were both taken off before Riveros?? Baffled me and many around me!

I sit in the premier concourse about 10 rows behind all the suit jobs and believe me, second half Quinn was taking some serious abuse from many, many irate supporters about the state of football on offer and who can blame them.

I still have serious, serious doubts about Bruce, I know I'm not the only one. Yes I understand we've had boat loads of injury's and yes that's not all Bruce's fault but I really do think that without a few scrappy points we could easily have been relegation fodder this season.

I don't get to away matches so can't speak about them apart from what I see on tv but honestly, how many times can you say you have been entertained at the SOL this season?? ... Not many I bet.

Fair play to Wolves, a great result for them and some good support there today. <ok>

Oh, one more thing, if the Sunderland players need a few lessons in entertainment value may I suggest they look no further than the Under 9's at half time. Quality!

Ours, looked to me like Sess was taken clean out? 2-2 who knows, things might have changed but I doubt it.

Either way Wolves deserved their result today. No complaints. Just wish we had a bit of steel and fight about us but it seemed today as if the players were thinking about where they'd jet off to in the summer months for their extended holidays.

One change from last week and they have gone from hero to Zero.
Im sorry but the modern fans piss me off ive never booed my team in my life even if they are poor.
Fans leaving with 20 mins to go why bother coming in the first ****ing place
That was the only fit 11 experienced players we had.

Im not a Bruce out or a Bruce in fan but Quinn needs to decide. If he is not sure about Bruce get rid and give the money to someone else

When playing at the SOL I think Bruce's half time team talks go along the lines of ... " Right lads, decent enough first half, not fantastic but still in the game, we've got a fighting chance. I want to see some proper shooite this half mind"!! :emoticon-0138-think

I'm not one to leave early no matter how bad the performance but these people pay their money and have every right to leave whenever they want in my opinion.

Why bother leaving? Football is supposed to be about fans supporting their team not leaving as soon as they concede goals

Works both ways though, it's about being entertained and being able to be proud of your club.

These fans aren't getting up and walking out after we concede a solitary goal, they have sat through the best part of 30 minutes of the second half where we have created next to nothing and correct me if I'm wrong but I think Steed had the only shot of the second half. We are also 1-3 down with zero chance of a result.

I can't speak for others but it saps your energy levels watching 45 minutes of football like that second half. Time for some redbull! <cheers>

So which is the worst of the two evils, booing at the final whistle (I hate that!) to show your displeasure at the way things are going, or walking out, which is a pretty effective way of showing the powers that be, that the fans are not happy?

Excellent point! And it can't have gone unnoticed it's happened to many times this season.

exactly, i was happy with the first half but we lost the plot in the second, I'm disappointed we lost, but wolves staying up or given a better chance to also pleases me, they deserve it for the fighting spirit they displayed.

The two biggest negatives for me today were Riveros and Mensa and if anyone was due to be subbed it was them two, tactics Bruce ?. On a brighter note Colbeck didn't put a foot wrong not outstanding, but decent, Sexygnon is going better every game very decent signing, Bolo put a good shift in,

Ohuna not as good as Hutton, Elmo fails to deceive did nowt but get in Hendos way, a few good signings in the summer an hey ho next season to look forward to.

Can't comment on the game as I haven't seen it yet but, from what our boy says reading in between the lines and the effing and blinding it was another Fulham game okay first half disinterested second half. As said by flagflyinghigh any fans leaving will have been noticed by the people in charge but, as ever with SAFC will do nothing about it. As for the "fans" giving Quinn stick during the game I think some of them must have very short memories, Quinn is a figurehead who has no power whatsoever over hirings or firings so give the bloke a break.
