Alboretto must be one of the 2 21 pointer Italians (dunno how i forgot him, he was in one of my previous answers), and a guess at the other one could be Andrea Does crashalot, as he's the only other Italian I could think of (used to love the GP oopening credits with his crash)
the 2 missing Ukers must be Brundle (84)? & Blundell (32) as the only other UK drivers I can remember in the 90's probably scored less than 10 between them (I can only remember Warwick & Palmer scoring points in the 80's mainly, Dumfries wasn't much cop and I'm not sure if any of the others actually got to race)

    Alex - Patrese is correct

Jose - Mansell and Button are on those lists

Miggins - Alboretto is not on the list (nor is Trulli). But De Cesaris, Brundle and Blundell are correct

    <ok>

    Trulli and Panis at Prost.
    Trulli and Frentzen at Jordan.
    Patrese and Schumacher at Benetton

How long was de Cesaris at Jordan? Was he still there when Barrichello joined?

I don't want to put the name down, but is the missing Italian also the answer to question 1.4?

LOLZ, it also seems people remember that Schumacher had Patrese for a team-mate but forget that Patrese had Schumacher for one. also, using the answer to 1.9 I'm gonna have a stab at Piquet being one one of Patrese team mates.

I think Genji has got this quiz in the bag.... A shame I didnt see this thread earlier... I think I would have been able to match his pace(answers).

That's why I asked if it was to be public. If you do it by PM with a set deadline then everyone has the same chance and only the running scores are posted before the game closes and the answers are revealed. If you do it in public like this then it just depends on who logs in first.

Trulli got Panis' seat when he broke his legs. So who was driving the other Prost at the time? It's really irritating me.

    Updates up:

Genji - Panis, Frentzen, Schumacher and De Cesaris (substituted for Irvine in a few races) correct

Miggins - The missing Italian is not anywhere else in this quiz. Though a clue: he was an upcoming star but his career was cut short.
Piquet was team mates with Patrese <ok>
Also Fisi and Trulli were never team mates

F1 Mclaren - I dont think even Diniz could have had the money to pay for a ferrari seat. Clue: The driver 1.4 had big Fiat/Ferrari Links

Carno/PMC - sorry Wurz is wrong and the others already answerd

SportyDan - Zonta and Trulli were team mates at Jordan and Toyota on a few occasions

AG - Truli and Panis were team mates when Panis recovered for 2 seasons. Clue: The driver who was Panis and trulli's team mate at prost was only there as the team had Mugan-Honda engines.

Yer that is a good idea maybe if we do another quiz sometime that would be a good format to do it in.

should definitely be a follow up quiz to this, the type of questions asked are perfect, and if the above format is followed, it would be a great quiz :D.

Not sure if its been answered, but isn't 1-4 Nicolas Larini? I have the vaguest memory of him moving from Ferrari to Sauber.

Nakano in the Prost. I think Trulli had a season with Ralf Schumacher at Jordan.

Edit: Forget the second bit, Ralf is already down because of the Toyota link. <doh>

    More Updatetage'

DH Canary - Yep it is Nicola Larini who filled in for Ferrari a few times before getting a seat at the Ferrari powered Sauber team.

Miggins - Yes it is Nannini who could of been a star but sadly damaged his hand in a helicopter crash

AG - Nakano for prost <ok> Trulli and Ralf were only teammates at Toyota

Im glad you all like the quiz, Ill start thinking up more for a follow up in the future due to popular demand =)
