Morison's made 19 Premier League appearances so far this season, unless Norwich get more bodies in, he won't be going anywhere.
both only got 5 months left on there contract, could get miller for about 550k and Mladen Petrić loan
What's the situation with Becchio? Is it nailed on that he's signing for a foreign club, or is there still a possibility of us stealing the deal at the last minute.. like Cardiff and Fraizer Campbell. A club challenging for promotion to the best league in the world seems far better than a foreign team in my eyes, but I suppose it's up to him. I still think Prozzy will come good if he gets a run of games in the league. Koren has flopped a number of clear cut chances where he really should have scored - he's much better playing in midfield just off the strikers. He's far too half-arsed for the Championship though, never puts a proper shift in. There's not much to lose taking a gamble on signing Gedo on loan - if he is as keen as the quotes suggest he is to come play for us then it sounds promising. At the end of the day, I'd take any striker with only 5 days left in the window. Just not McClean.
Must admit hearing SB mention bringing McLean back was a worry. As for Becchio I think a third offer from some foreign side has been rejected by TWS, but I cannot find any details of how much they are talking about or what his wage demands are likely to be.
Seems Ipswich think its possible. McLean recalled because DJ will go to Palace. http://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/ipswich...king_favourites_to_sign_dj_campbell_1_1829434
Was one of few who came out of yesterday with any credit. Getting better every game, won countless headers and got the flick ons that a quality striker playing off him would've had a field day with.
Re: Proschwitz If Bruce has faith and sticks with him he'll play well, just needs a bit of confidence. If you look at the Youtube videos of him he has the qualities of a good finisher/goalscorer. Back when Aluko was fit I always thought he'd be best to play along side him (Aluko) instead of Koren. He can hold up the ball well, for example for the goal against Wednesday, and gives us some much needed aerial presence.
If we're banking on Prozzy scoring enough to take us up, then we're ****ed, he can do a job, but he's a million miles from being a striker capable of getting us out of this division.
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/qpr-transfer-news-hulls-interest-1559723? Seems Disc Jockey wants a long contract
Do we let him bleed us dry? http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/qpr-transfer-news-hulls-interest-1559723?
Come the deadline and DJ realizes he won't kick another ball this season, we'll get him on a 2 and 1/2 year deal. Meanwhile if other clubs want to give in to his demands then let them. I would try for Kevin Doyle
