The stewards were great. There was a young lady in in front of us and she was happy to chat, to joke and used common sense. It was good to see, she wasnt bad either :emoticon-0110-tongu

Nope, I was in the very front row and the end column of the middle block on the right. Behind the 3 wheelchair users.

my friends' son was one of those wheelchair users. Must have just been our stewards on the far right down the bottom then...very annoying!

Yup, it must have been. Emma was a good laugh and was happy for us to jump about. She even tried to defend one of the carers who went to fetch the ball but might have gotten a bit close to the pitch.

Yeah, one steward tried to throw the carer out, but common sense prevailed.

Now that Sarries have moved on to Barnet can we assume that the WO will not be reporting on them? After all they don't give us match reports on Barnet FC.

Morning all from a milder West West London - it was +2C when I left bandit country with just a light frost melting away.

Thanks for the frothy AK...much appreciated

Morning all from a bright and sunny morning at long last. Started to get fed up with the grey days, but everywhere was very wet after the snow and rain.

Still spring is just around the corner as it usually starts in February here, although some cold spells are quite common. The seed potatos are in the stores now alongside the garlic and onion sets. Planning to increase my water collection today by adding further butts to my collection. Managed to use up 700 litres last summer, so I am trying to double up on that.

Lots of rumours about that the FL will be handing down their judgement today, but nothing at all official.

Morning all from just north of Bandit Country = Franchise Country.

Had a revelation this morning. I have realised that there is a purpose for the existence of Franchise FC. No, really!

Reading the current L*t*n thread and pondering that when I first moved up here I felt as though I was in bandit country, not quite as much as W_Y, probably in a similar way to Sandy.

Nowadays it doesn't feel so lary round here, partly because they've gone down several plug-holes since then, but mainly because of Mr Winkelman's Flying Circus. There are loads of newly minted Dons fans round here, totally devoid of any threat and barely worth noticing, but also I haven't seen the black/white/sh*t orange combination of colours in ages.

So there you are. The Dons serve as my own personal buffer. Hooray for the Dons, and well done on Saturday too!

Thanks Frenchie, I shall be in attendance on Friday and it looks like its going to be a good one. I'm hoping that we can get close to a home sell out too but being a Friday night and on Sky I'm not sure what attendance we'll get.
