The whole team has been under par today (with the possible exception of Broony). Lack of composure, lack of ideas and some very poor finishing.
That was a ****ing shocking performance. Toothless, guileless and lacking in fight. We didn't deserve anything from that game.
Absolutely dire performance today. Very annoyed at the attitude. Fair play to St Mirren though, every single player was up for it and earned their well-deserved victory - hope they go on to win it now. One for us to forget as quickly as possible methinks.
Absolutely woeful. If we had scored that (joke of a) penalty it would have been a massive injustice to St Mirren who completely deserved their victory, take nothing away from them but we were simply shocking, we offered nothing at all and the only player I would give pass marks to would be Stokes who looked sharp. I find it hard to believe how shockingly bad we actually were from first to last. Fair do's to St Mirren, if I had to lose to anyone I would probably pick them. Decent bunch of lads and a nice guy as manager, let's hope they go on and win the trophy now.

There is now clearly a problem with motivating players to compete in domestic competitions. It is great to have quality foreign players, but they have to be made to realise the importance of trebles and doubles, not just the title so that they are assured of CL window to display their talent to prospective vendors.
The walk to the bus to our national stadium is a disgrace , over 2 miles !! for us Celtic fans that go to the game . 24000 and you've got 15000 doing that walk in those conditions . As for the game , were no prepared to get our shirts dirty and St mirren deserved to win , but i question why Mulgrew took the penalty . Rebel you keep saying your no bothered about the league cup , well i am . A game to win and then beat Hearts in a cup final on St Patrick 's day . Celtic should win every game .
The LC forms part of the treble - that should be motivation enough! St midden were first to the ball and flying into tackles, Celtic players were to soft!
What a weird weekend so many cup shocks. We're so inconsistent this season. Beat Barcelona then lose to Inverness. It's so annoying as we won't get an easier chance than this to pick up the trophies .
