Yeah I'll be there Tuesday and Saturday. Delighted I wasn't yesterday, sounded shocking.
I can't imagine us starting with two strikers against City, expect another 'can we pinch a goal, but at least get a point' performance, which will only be tolerable to me if it succeeds. But we have to really go for it against the yellow and green flying vermin.

Granero was fine until other players stopped getting into position to receive his pass - either their feet or into space.

I have to say I don't think Granero was 'fine' at all yesterday. He had an ok first half. Second half he started behaving like a spoilt little 12 year old girl, he had hands on hips and started screaming at Faurlin when HE lost the ball!

However, I do think he is capable of far better and he has shown us that on a few occasions particularly Chelsea away. Having been at the West Ham game where we could not do anything with the ball in the midfield and constantly lost possesion, Granero could well be a solid addition and I would suggest partnering him alongside Derry.

However without Adel and Remy against Citeh 3 points is an impossibility.

I agree with you. "Fine until...". His second half was rather petulant but by then, weren't we all feeling a bit like that?

Having given it more thought, I wouldn't be adverse to Granero playing in a central 3 with Derry and Mbia. SWP on the right and Tarrabt on the left. I'd want Taarabt central against the lesser sides though. Granero just doesn't convince me at all.

Worth a go, maybe not against City though.

Opposite for me. More solid central 3 against the big teams and Taarabt in the centre against the lower sides.

Agree with Soops about Fabio for Traore, but otherwise would go for that line-up. I don't think Harry has any other real option for now.

Im pretty sure we wont see that formation.

    -----------Cesar

    Onuoha---Hill--Nelsen---Fabio

    -----------Derry
    ------Mbia----Granero
    Mackie----------------Taarabt

    ----------Remy

sub Traore and Bothroyd for Taarabt and Remy cant make it.

Yeah....I amended my thoughts to a 3 man central midfield. I'd play SWP instead of Mackie though, he's really struggling imo. Also, if Remy and Taarabt don't play, we may as well give them the points.

It's in the interview i posted on page one of this thread.
I think SWP will still play, they'll just pump him with anesthetic. It's just some shards of bone floating around, he's probably been carrying the injury for a while.

Same game plan for Man City than the West Ham game.
    Same team too.
Then play 2 up front for the Narwich game.
