Hughes did his best to ruin our club with his eye for crap players. No wonder hes disappeared out of football never to be heard of again. Got to believe in Tony Fernndes and Harry. They seem to be genuinely trying to repair the damage that Sparkless did.

Park Ferdinand an Faurlin would of shamed a schoolboys team today. They were embarrassing.

Best you have a look at how many Hughes signed from the stating line up

Granero Fabio loan Park and Green

Green had little chance with the goals
Granero did ok when looking for the ball forward no movement a lot of the time ... He did dwell at times
Park with the ball terrible without it very good Fabio played a dreadful ball first half across the back but otherwise did bits and pieces ok and scored

I don't see your point at all

Ferdinand is shocking fact! But lets not let a blip bet us on the 'slate them all bandwagon'. For me Ben Haim was OK, Traore and Granero are good players but need some soldiers around them, beyond that struggling. DJ didn't seem to in the game today, transfer on his mind?

Good point re DJ little bits here and there but IMO poor movement
I am sure he will knock in goals but they have to be given to himIMO

Can't agree with that. He looked a little rusty, but good in the air and good distribution. Not bad at all imo.

Yeah he played well Col, was impressed with him, a big nasty proper defender.
Anton is a dope, I seriously think his problem is, he's thick as ****.

Agreed - I've always felt he looked totally out of touch in games with that rather stupid look on his face.

Wouldnt it be great to have Kasper Gorkks, Matt Connolly, Paddy Kenny, Akos Buzasky, Paddy Kenny, Heidar Helgusson, Tommy Smith still in our team as opposed to Ferdinand, Park, Granero, Green, Fabio. Boothroyd, Zamora. We were a team in those days of players on not great wages who put it all in most weeks instead of a disjointed bunch of mercenaries. Hopefully a lesson will come out of all this.

Ferdinand thinks he is as good as his brother and he clearly isn't, the number of times he turned to put the ball straight back into the area it came from and every time he touched the ball the game went into slow motion. I don't normally get to angry at 1 individual player but today he deserves everything thrown at him. Title of thread say it all.
Also agree with Col and Northolt, think Haim did ok.

He switches off, loses concentration. In 90 minutes being paid hamsomly once is too often.

I'm sure our old gang would have won this game. Perhaps Murphy should have given a run out in goal, although Rob Green performed really well at WBA.
