That place was a madhouse when Saints Web, and before that, Saints Forever, was a focus of sanity amongst supporters. I don't go there now. But I will for 5 minutes just to see if the forum has improved.
From SaintsWeb: "According to an ex colleague on the Sun Sports desk they've had a reporter (some new guy called Justin something) out with Saints throughout the Barca trip. My mate isnt working tonight so doesn't know exact content/ narrative but knows its planned as a double page spread so pretty big piece."
Funny that you are a bit touchy, yet you go out of your way to correct peoples spelling (which actually puts people off posting). I did it in jest, you come across as pretty darn rude on occasions.
Now I've calmed down from my initial shock I have realised I need to get up fairly early to watch the tennis anyway.
Don't worry, it will be repeated throughout the day. Also, if you can't be waiting for it - you can force yourself to buy The Sun on Sunday. Double page spread in there.
Simon Peach on Twitter: "Seems Sky Sports News & The Sun have interviews with Cortese. Funny how he is talking with people without a proper knowledge of #SaintsFC." "Not bitter on missing out (well, a little) but is he really going to be challenged by people that don't cover #SaintsFC week in, week out?"
I don't mind Simon Peach and thank him for all his Saints coverage. But if he honestly can't see why Cortese has chosen The Sun on Sunday and Sky News as the outlet for whatever news he wants to pass on over himself, he is bordering on delusional!
They've just shown a snippet on SSN... Cortese says: "If people dislike me for making what I feel is the right decision, then fine, I can live with that."
Cortese "maybe I have to sacrifice my popularity in order to get the right decision, if that is the case i'm happy to do that"
