Anyone any opinions on the 4.25 at Leopardstown?

Le Vent D'antan was very well backed earlier and Weld's has been drifting all day

Did you notice Graham Cunningham had a little twinkle in his eye chatting to Rebecca Curtis.... She looked nice and sexy in that studio.... Sod Nick Luck sharing a glass of champagne with her, she can skip that and enjoy a nice warm brandy and a sausage hotpot with me !

    Well done ROTO, great shout.

    Wolverhampton
    5.30 Charm Cry 9-1

I am just putting this up as I did so at a nice price on it's last run two weeks back. The horse was travelling very well (better than the eventual winner) when Joe Fanning pulled him up without obvious reason. It appears he was indeed ok as he makes a quick return to the racecourse and although I cannot fancy him quite so much as I feel this a more competative race I still feel this is a horse unexposed and I think at 9-1 the horse is worth a bet.

Great effort mate. I hope those doubles didn't all include The New One.

    Really really good effort.

Cheers ROTO. I blindly backed your MR WATSON last night and it has saved my day.
What with my BIG Cheltenham fancy getting beat and my "two bob" football team getting a giant killing I was bordering on suicidal. All in a days gambling huh, one minute you are on your knees and the next........................

<laugh> Did anyone see Barry Gerraghty saying that the best horse he's ever ridden is Moscow Flyer but he might have to revise that at some point? And Henderson wasn't as effusive about Sprinter sacre as a lot of other trainers would have been. Talk about trying to dampen expectations!

Whatever you say about Sprinter Sacre v Moscow Flyer, at least the latter had some top class opposition in Azertyuiop and Well Chief, which gave his career a bit more "Hollywood". Much as I admire Sprinter Sacre (he is the best 2-mile chaser I have ever seen) he needs to be challenged, and in the current 2 mile chase division there isn't a horse capable of challenging him. He will win the Champion Chase effortlessly but he then needs (as a very minimum) to go across to Punchestown to take in their Champion Chase. Next season, I don't really know, but a repeat of Tingle Creek, Victor Chandler and Champion Chase will feel like a kop out with such an enormous talent. I really think he would thrive on racing more often and I would like to see him out 5 or 6 times per season. There will come the obvious question about stepping him up in trip and I think he is so versatile and superior that he could win everything from a 14F bumper to a Gold Cup. We'll seee, just hope it doesn't become boring.

Moyle Park just sold for 250k. I think that is a bit of a bargain myself! Think he went to Harold Kirk (could easily be wrong though as voice was muffled). Kirk represents Graham Wylie so you'd presume he's off to Nicholls or Mullins. Hopefully the former as Mullins doesn't need another horse for the Bumper!

ROTO,Oddy,Ginge and Eddie respect lads..Naps in...not to mention George and Gal with the 25/1 shot...outstanding stuff <applause>

Was on a pub crawl "the day" (thats what they say here, free pint vouchers being given out by #backinbelfast for braving the masked protesters in the City centre...I had several!) so missed most of the action.

Won't be missing the champ staying for the last at Leopardstown tmz for the 4.10 after his ride in the 1.55

The horse is Competitive Edge e/w @ 9/1 in the 4.10 Leopardstown and is a knocking bet to nothing.
