quite a bad first half. Santos is not good today. i like Girouds goal but the team looks a little off the game. Hope it is a good second half.

Anyway, I think we need to start the 2nd half with real intent. If it's not working after 60mins, then I'd bring on Wilshere and Cazorla

    Positives:
Rosicky is brilliant but they are kicking him to death.
    Giroud with a great finish.
    Great save by Szczesny.

    Negatives
Santos isn't fit enough to last this game. He is also incredibly ****.
Diaby has done nothing apart from lose the ball. He is casual, slow, and trotting around the pitch like someone conserving energy. The **** is wrong with him?
Not sure who to blame for the goal. Szczesny, Giroud or Mertesacker. Either way, it's our "zonal marking problem" again. They just ran through the defense.

I'd make a sub at half time. Gibbs on for Santos please.

People used to say the same about Theo and Sagna, but its a team game and if you build an understanding with another player that improves your game thats a good thing. But in this case is it that Santo isnt doing much, even the pundit said Santos doesnt care.

And as for the earlier comments about szczesney, I did an article the other day saying Ive noticed a few goals this season that he should have saved so asked peoples opinion of him. It seems Piskie is cant accept he makes mistakes, but that doesnt mean hes an all round bad keeper, just that he has areas he needs to work on.

I'm confident we will up our game in the second half. And with a very strong bench i can see us penetrating there defence more. I want to see Rosicky and Diaby running at them, thats how to open up gaps in there back line. At the moment when we get forward we are passing it around the box before making the odd long shot.

Jenkinson and Ramsey have been good today everyone else needs to do more!

Brighton have played well but they will tire and we will get our opportunities to win this game.

Oh and the Giroud goal this week and Podolski goal last week are both absolute beauties.

Been alseep so I've just managed to get on now... but from the looks of things, I'm glad I've missed the 1st half... some more diabolical defending/goal keeping from what I'm reading. I hope we step it up in the 2nd half... this is our only realistic chance of silver this season.

Actually there was an article about Podolski and Gibbs/Santos a while ago. When Gibbs goes up he stays wide, letting Podolski play further infield where he's more dangerous. Santos on the other hand always comes in, forcing Podolski to play wide where he isn't as effective.

the goal was Shesneys fault i think as a goalkeeper should not take it that low.

Thought I was the only one. And I see Andy Gray has slithered his way back onto t.v.

He's freaking horrible mate. Stats aren't needed. I watch every single game, and Gervinho is **** 90% of the time.
