Actually, all the snow's nearly gone on the Mendips, but you're right, the last week of driving to work has been a bit exhausting.
KUMB (west ham) forum is in meltdown, few people suggesting we are going to finish above them, also people calling for Di Canio, oh Sam, how quickly the knives come out! For your viewing pleasure:- http://www.kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=144895&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=260
This is what I have been saying for ages about them. How they have been praising BFS when through the whole of last season until virtually the play off final they were moaning about him. HOOOOOOOOFFFFFF Give him an 8 year contract.
Still so difficult to call. QPR, Reading and ourselves are suddenly more difficult to beat and have picked up some unexpected results. Aston Villa are the team that look in the most trouble at the moment.
Credit to Reading, they (or should I say Le Fondre) have been excellent lately. 11 points in last 6 games and 5th in the form table. Just noticed that West Ham have got Reading on the final day of the season. Got a feeling that that game could be a relegation nail biter for someone.
QPR have a run of the easiest games (apart from the mighty Southampton) so, if they are going to do it. it must be now. I think Reading may pull themselves out at the cost of Aston Villa...that's a seriously depressed team. Going for QPR, Villa and Wigan.
Think today could be key. If QPR get some defensive re-inforcements they could do enough but atm QPR Villa and Reading for me!
Samba is a great signing for QPR, they might just survive. Surely Reading can't go on a run as good as last season - can they?
Going to be close! 14th West Ham 15th Saints 16th Wigan 17th QPR 18th Norwich 19th Reading 20th Villa Any of these 7 could realistically go down IMO.
I certainly don't think Samba is a £12.5m and £100k p/w centre-half. Was decent at Blackburn but he's nothing great. Just a big lad but never worth that.
