    Hope we don't buy him, he looks no better than Leon Best and offers no more. To be honest he looks quite similar in terms of body shape and movement.

    PLEASE Pardew, don't buy him!

    Don't get me wrong i think he's a good striker, but we already have Leon Best who has proven himself, and we need to aim higher than Bothroyd.

    His contracts up at the end of the season so it would be on a free anyway. Still don't really want him though.

    No he's not .. Bothroyds a championship player having a reasonable season and that's his limit .. for all his faults I'd pick Shola in my schoolyard 5 a side team over Bothroyd every time ..
