Well that puts the tin hat on it, instead of enjoying our win, our growing reputation of a class Club, with class Players, Board and Manager, we're reduced to this ! I hope Morgans is happy at this now, as this really doesn't help our reputation!

**** mine will this ever go away. A little over the top me thinks.

I see there were complaints to South Wales Police from people in Kent and Sussex. Would that be traveling swans fans at the game or do gooders watching on tv. time to put all this saga to bed.

I can't really believe it. It warrants a 3 match ban at most because it's not even clear what happened! We should throw all we have at the FA because it's a joke and now they have made this matter bigger than what it was... A complete farce.

Alright mate... it really is a joke... The FA is a joke and I think/hope many of you Swans fans agree this does not warrant a 5 game ban at all

What a farce. Let's be honest if Hazard gets more than three games then we should be getting a fine for Morgan's behaviour. I don't think we could argue against that. It's almost like a fine for failing to control your fans when they invade the pitch and interrupt the game.

    Totally agree and reading this,

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21201247

It points out that it's down to the home club to ensure that all ball boys act in an appropriate manner at all times . I wonder if charges are heading our way as well ?

We couldn't defend it in my opinion.

You guys have been very fair-minded about this incident. Good luck v Bradford in the final.

You have been the best team in the competition and deserve to win it.

Like I said before the kid has got Hazard into unnecessary trouble and tarnished the nights result, that should have been about our great players, and how they outplayed the European Champions! Thanks Charlie boy, I hope the media are camped outside your house for the rest of the year, you can hide sunshine but you can't run!....................<ok>

Top post Mr G! Agree completely, I was going to put a new post up regarding some new developments on 'Charlie Boy', but as this new thread has gone up I'll put the info on here now. Firstly you'll all be pleased to know that Charlie boy has gone into hiding, not even turning up at his Gorseinon College, where he is studying Sports Science! surely he's in the wrong study, Drama & Media studies would surely be little old Charlie's talent! Anyway the police are now also looking into death threats on poor old Charlie boy, and he can't leave his house up in Amanford way, due to the worlds media being camped outside his house, if he goes out the back door to his other home in Three Cliffs, I'm thinking of putting up that address, so that little old Charlie boy can give us all a wave from there! I wonder how the Swansea board are feeling now, that this little brat has dropped them in it, with issues of our potential cheating and time wasting?................<ok>

    This <ok>

You are a great bunch of fans. Very friendly. Always have good banter wiehn we go to the Liberty and we always see a good game of footie. It's just a shame what happened on Wednesday did happen. You deserve this trophy.

but I'm not furious with you now. Yes I'm angry at Charlie Morgan for purposefully time wasting but the FA erally are one of a kind. A 3 game ban for headbutting someone and more than that for Hazard when we don't really know what has happened! We need every club on our side for this one. Yes... 3 games to be banned is fine. But 5 or more!? Really!? We have to appeal and take this as far as possible because enough is enough. It's not about Swansea v Chelsea anymore... It's Chelsea and the other clubs in England and Wales against the FA

What fine a 17 year old boy ? It's not a criminal offence to lie on top of a ball, I can't find any statute that covers it.

How did he get him into trouble ? The guy kicked him , so he's got to take responsibility for that action. It's indefensible as he is an adult who should be held to account. I'm not defending Morgan here as he's obviously lapping it all up, but his actions do not warrant what hazard did.

And there are statute laws in place for assault whether he meant to do it or not.

Try cheating and time wasting, which he clearly confessed to doing before the game on twitter?? and which is now a matter of record, I hope we get a damn good fine, to wake our board up that they are not in the lower leagues now!...............<ok>

Phil he's a teenager for Christ sake, were you one at some point? Didn't you do silly things or were you always this serious ? <doh>

So it's not a fine for a youth then but one for the club, now before any such things can happen there is a burden of proof, now please state what proof that the club was complicit in this.

And if the FA were going to do this they would have done it by now, the only person who's fault this is the player, the ball boy didn't force him to kick out at him did he ?

and so they should , he acted like a tool but death threats FFS that says more about them then anything he did . I'd like to think that's all you'll do regarding his address 'think about putting up his address" you're not a lapsed member of the Klu Klux klan by any chance ,? the damage is done, nows the time to carry out a damage limitation exercise rather than fan the flames .

I'd like to think the club and more importantly C Morgan is given a chance to attend the FA hearing and read out a statement on how stupid he was and try in what ever way to influence the panel in not extending hazard's ban further then the automatic three he's already got.

I'll go with that. In fact, if Chelsea want to start a petition on Hazard's behalf, I will be happy to sign it. I don't condone what Hazard did, but if he did make contact, it was an accident. There is no way he would intentionally have kicked the fat t**t. It would also be a help if young Morgan came out of hiding long enough to publicly acknowledge that fact. It is the least he can do given his part in this unsavoury farce.
