Can you delete please.. Thought it would come up in tweet form! <doh>

Well.. For obvious reasons it would be his preferred Location due to being Liverpool.. But once Cortese sells him the vision he will be on board!!

13 million euros is about 11.8 million pounds isn't it? So the same price as Gaston then?

11m pounds on the dot, from the looks.

Edit: though if Liverpool isn't willing to raise their bid by that much, the fact that he's now transfer-listed makes it somewhat likely that they'd settle for the 12m Euros that we've reportedly offered.

Tancredi says Saints interest is real, and not generated in order to force Liverpool's price up.

He also thinks Pochettino's presence is likely to sway Coutinho to accept our offer if it is the only one.

Else he would not be keen to come here, but with MP - then he will be persuaded.

So bottom line is we need Liverpool to not up their offer. Hopefully they will just buy Ince and be done with it.

"Few tweets to reply to a question that many gave:would Inter accept the Liverpool 8m if they won't get the raise they want from Saints?"

"Said that nobody has crystal ball, and that works especially with Inter which change often and suddenly strategy, let's say that is unlikely that Inter would accept first Liverpool offer as was already outbid by second Southampton offer, and that would take two steps back for Inter.

It is also true that Coutinho wants Liverpool(but,so far, doesn't mean an absolute no to Saints)but it is very very difficult that Inter, again after Sneijder, would renounce to some 5m to make happy one of his player.

In case of no Liverpool raising, the Inter response would be totally linked to Paulinho:who,so far, didn't say yes,and for whom Inter is gathering the money through Coutinho.

Only if Paulinho would say 'I'm ready to sign' so in that case Inter -in case of stalement with Saints- to make money the quickest possible, would accept that 8m

This is how exactly is the situation in this moment. And it is how many times works these transfers intrigues, situation evolving day by day"

See this just makes it seem like NC is picking players...not the manager.

Coutinho is an excellent player, but just a tad worrying that we're spending big money on players.

Just worried about having a team of egos like at QPR and it not working!

No, it makes it seem like Pochettino is picking his players.

Forren was his choice it seems, and Coutinho would certainly be.
