Pick the bones out of this lads! Roughly translates he's coming http://www.calciomercato.com/lazio/zarate-in-premier-league-a-volte-ritornano-737179
Calciomercato in Italy this evening report that Lazio misfit Mauro Zarate is likely to be making a return to England with Sunderland the only option mentioned. The Mirror reported at the weekend that Martin O'Neill was hopeful of bringing the Argentine on loan, but the Italian club would prefer a permanent move after relations between the player and club broke down. In November Tuttomercatoweb linked Liverpool with a move for the Lazio forward. Zarate was rumoured to be a target for the Merseyside club in the last January transfer window and a possible move to the side now managed by Brendan Rodgers surfaced again. Also in November his agent Luis Ruzzi flew to London with regards to discussing possible offers for his client. It is believed that the agent spent a couple of days in England in order to sort out the future of his player, and presumably to try and drum up interest in him. It was also reported by Tutto that fellow Premier League side Stoke City were interested in the former Birmingham City player. Zarate is a temperamental player and that's something that Sunderland will have to be aware of if they make the move. When on top of his game he's excellent but he's quick to pass responsibility and get frustrated when things aren't quite going his way. Quite how that would fit with Martin O'Neill is unknown. Calciomercato says that the Premier League is the most likely option and they only state Sunderland as still being in for him.
Most of the better players are marra, we could make a list? Its about how the manager man manages them! I'll start Ronaldo Suarez Zidane (saw his true colours after he was let off his leash)
So about 5 million troubles? I guess if things don't work out at least you could recoup you're losses by writing music about him for Taylor Swift
Old fogie alert!!! Here you are gramps!
if we brought in a RB, Vargas and Zarate it would be an unbelievable January for us (hopefully 3points against Swansea as well)
Back on its feet mate http://www.journallive.co.uk/safc/s...o-south-america-for-full-back-61634-32666931/
Listen lads, no omelette was ever made without cracking eggs. In a very ordianary EPL where conformity seems to be the norm, surely there is a place for some characters and rough diamonds. Once upon a time so called 'troubled' players decorated the English game aplenty and EVERY team had them and for me it was all the better for it. Whether or not this lad Zarate comes or he doesn't, I'd far rather see some cutting edge 'edgy' players here at the SOL because invariably, if talented of course which this lad seems to have in abundance, these kinds of players can tip the balance. Cantona and Keane carried more baggage than the Queens butler but they were the difference between Man Utd being a good side and a top side. I'd like to see something 'different' here and someone that gives us an edge in tight games. Zarate is only 26 and looks to have an attitude, which probably explains the stop start career he has had so far but for sure, if we could get 18 months or 2 years out of him it would be entertaining and exciting. I think the EPL is void of real characters and if we were to employ one we would have to take everything that came with it, the good, the bad and the downright ugly. Fine by me.
Its a left hand drive, so I'm guessing its nowhere near the north east. It also looks nice and warm and sunny, so deffo not the north east.
Also the gadgey in the reflection of the side window, beside the photographer, looks about as much from Hendon as Idi Amin?
Worth a gamble.....especially on loan! Ben Arfa had a similar reputation, he seems to have done quite well, thus far!
