I have a very similar thought process at Chappers on ATR. Very worrying. Was commenting about the quality of the Walsh ride during the race at that last fence.
Balls are standard probably, Bostonbob, but 'lumped-on' was daft from me; got carried away I guess. Had a modest win bet, did not bother with e/w................
Gambled in to 8/1 and went close again, certainly worth keeping an eye on his runners over the coming weeks he will soon be having winners I reckon !
Afternoon all. Just a quick visit today. KING GEORGE RIVER in the next at Lingfield - should win decent bet for me good luck all
Dont think The Westener Boy is ready for a race like this, ive always thought he was better than a 131 horse but maybe today is not the day. Son Amix wont be winning im afraid, nor will Bishopsfurze. The fav has an obvious chance but im out to get him, the two I like are Panther Claw and In Great Form, more so the latter, as the race might be soon enough for Panther Claw, both in terms of experience and having a hard race 12 days ago.
Well for my two pennies worth Bog Warrior has hugely impressed me today. Zaidpour, on his favoured ground, did not have a prayer as soon as the winner took it up from the start. If you want to win races in four runner events on heavy against a fairly evenly matched opponent then dictating the pace is the way to do it. One Nil to Davy Russell over Ruby.
Even biased I wouldn't have changed that decision Unless of course it was into the running of Outlaw Pete ...... I always felt ie would need further, so no surprise to see him running on!
This story made my blood boil: http://www.sportinglife.com/racing/news/article/465/8431825/dartnall-unhappy-over-beach-ban ****ing numpties, as if running a few horses on a deserted beach in the middle of winter is hurting anyone. Ginger McCain would be turning in his grave
