Gone to Rotherham according to football rumour site. They seem convinced its true and will be announced in the morning
They may be right but they name so many on there that they have to be right here and there I doubt he will he going there as I think he may move south.
Don't believe to much on that rumour site, it's more of a wind up site for boredom and as hoadie has said, i really do not see akinfenwa moving any further north than he already is right now. judging by his twitter page he's been pretty busy on it today and that doesn't give me the impression he's trying to get a deal done at this moment in time...though i could be wrong...time will tell us all one way or another.

Hah, I just came back to post that! Interesting though, he will be at his local gym which is in SE London, he must not have gone to Northampton today.
I don't think he will join us but I think he may be on the move, also I doubt Rotherham will be his destination.
He won't go to Rotherham. I don't think we will get him although I would love him back here. I am sensing a move though.
I am not sure if we will move for him but if we do then surely someone is leaving as we would have Cody, Bayo, Keds, Burton, Birchall and Strevens because he is still at the club so is still paid. That is too many at this level so I would have thought one or two would move on and I think it will be the final 2.
