Perhaps the ballboy was inspired by Hazard and thought by diving onto the ball would in fact be a form of tribute to his footballing skills.

Sarcasm aside i found it amusing but it looked like he got the ball whilst managing to connect with the 17 year old ballboy(who incidentally is no angel if this Story- is to be believed).

Just for the record, the lad wasted what? 4 seconds.

How long does hazard waste with his gamely dives and play acting, or any other chelsea player for that matter. How often did Drogba play act for when Chelsea were winning in the past?

So yeh the kid wasted a massive amount o9f time but did Hazard get kicked for wasting time in previous games, did Drogba or indeed any player from any club?

No...... why was this? Because you dont kick someone for wasting time. Had it gon on any longer the ref would of taken the ball or requested another and asked for the ball boy to be removed ( I suspect he can do that ).

I find it remarkable though that so many (mostly plastics ) are trying to defend the indefensible.
He kicked him..end of and nevin is bang out of order to defend him and call the ball boy a disgrace. Hazard is paid millions to act in a responsible way and represent the club in a proper fashion. Would they feel the same if it was Rooney?
If any Liverpool player did something like this I would be ashamed and embarrassed for the club.

ideally..

Essentially a kid kicked a younger kid. That's all I saw. Life goes on. Bet the ball boy is loving it atm<laugh>

Nice to see you back after your reNeducation.

all Hazard can be done for is as same as if he tried to get the ball from a payer aggressively, red card for violent conduct, 3 match ban.

Other than that, he should have made it worth it and actually kicked the little bollox, they say role models should act this way or that, how about a little respect from cheeky little ****s<ok>

Even tackling a pitch invader gets you red these days.

Ballboy was a little prick for laying/falling on the ball and basically the origional poster wants to hang Hazzard because If It was Suarez he would be hanged...

Do you want to shoot Pat Nevin aswell for having a point of view??

For the record I wouldnt take any further action for that weather It was Hazzard or Suarez etc etc

Come on Hazzard Is not going to kick the little ****er on purpose Is he? He wanted to get the ball Apparently the little prick tweeted earlier about wasting time...

Not so sure he'll have enjoyed the 60,000 abusive tweets like..........

Depends on the individual. He had the stones to deny a player the ball during a game so you fail to see the sad side of his complete lack of respect, the lack of which that got him the abuse cos Hazard kicked the ball out form under him and made contact, nice simulation from the kid tho<ok> almost like he was looking for it<laugh>

If you don't want 60k abusive tweets don't start fookin with professional players of clubs with over 60,000 fans during a match <ok>

Why would he or anyone care about some bellends tweets?

I never understood this, people get really upset about some words on a screen.

2 options

1. Turn said screen off ( words magically vanish )

2. reply to each one in an offensive manner ( wont help matters but is about all twitter is good for )

<laugh> Ditto. The kid doesn't seem the timid type anyways

It happens in everygame with players timewasting , so i am in agreement with what you are saying. Kicking someone isnt an option especially as the time should be added on by the ref if its anything substantial.

The ball'boy' should learn from this experience that it's what you desrve for being Welsh as well as being stupid!

I find it remarkable though that so many (mostly plastics ) are trying to defend the indefensible. How do you know they are plastics?
He kicked him..end of. Yes a red card end of
and nevin is bang out of order to defend him and call the ball boy a disgrace. No he is calling quite correctly as the boy was cheating, maybe swans need looking at
Hazard is paid millions to act in a responsible way and represent the club in a proper fashion. Agreed but sometimes they slip,
Would they feel the same if it was Rooney? Me, yes
If any Liverpool player did something like this I would be ashamed and embarrassed for the club. Carragher did, not identical but he def lost it momentarily.

He caused the whole incident and he knows he did wrong. He would not have said sorry to Hazard otherwise. Now he has to deal with abusive tweets. Im happy for him.

Erm ok....

But how are these tweets going to teach him this lesson. Has twitter suddenly become educational rather than a huge waste of server space?

Hmmm, regardless of what happens to Hazard now, if there is a provable attempt to influence the game through their ballboys the FA MUST penalise them, and the lad in question. No sympathy for Hazard, but I'm having less and less for this 'innocent' ballboy.
