What do you chaps think will happen reference Simmo now chaps?

Personally I think he'll get a move in the next week but not to a club his ego may want.

I can honestly see him going to the likes of Wigan or West Ham.

We have cover in Perch for that area plus we have Santon who could switch to allow Haidara in on the left so we won't exactly be short of cover... thoughts?

Apparently, Wigan are in for him and it's rumoured that as little as £400,000 could persuade Mike to part with him.

Edit: We've also got Raylor coming back soon to add to the back-up.

Wasn't he statistically the best RB in the PL or something last season?

He'll end up at a LDN club I reckon, Tulisa will make him go there.

Think he was also linked with Fulham - maybe we should offer him as a swap for Hangeland if Colo does disappear

Reading or West Ham for me (Pity would have liked him to have stayed ...solid/ok but unspectacular)

Think time is up now due to depth you correctly point out. Wish him all the best. Got a lot of time for him and he did a cracking job for us. Much maligned by some but I thought he was a big part of our sucesses last season, and certainly performed better than many of his fellow defenders this campaign when fit. He has his limits of course but got a bit of a raw deal from our fans in my book.

Fulham or QPR for me, esp with Bosingwa at QPR being a bit of a knob of late.
Also we have Anita who can play RB as well. So many options for cover esp if Haidara(?) signs...

Reckon he will go and that the club will settle for a modest fee. A London club looks the most likely destination, more to facilitate his love life as opposed to his career.
Simmo has been a good servant to the club and l wish him well.

Perch, Anita, Raylor can all fill in his position at the moment, with Stevie Taylor able to play RB if Mbiwa and Colo were to be CB. Can't see him staying and wish him well wherever he ends up. Good servant for the club who I think's improved a lot since we signed him.
