What annoys me about this is that the kid wasn't even trying to waste time. He went to get the ball but before he had time to throw it back Hazard bumped him and he fell over. He fell on to the ball and being a bit rotund, he just seemed to get stuck. I'm sure he could have got off the ball if Hazard wasn't all over him. True, he then milked it like a pro but he is getting a lot of stick in the media which I don't think he deserves.

Lff, I've been posting against those "playing down" Hazard's actions, but even I have to say that the lad was certainly trying to waste time.
Whatever, we'll never know - it was pretty funny though. Hoddle was interesting, said that he would have told them to waste time if appropriate.
Does anyone remember a few years back when a team was relegated because a young fan returned the ball rapidly to the opposition side and they scored straight away. None of those ball boys yesterday were going to be guilty of that!
I've just been watching it again now and the bit at the end when the lad rolls back into a sitting position and shouts "ref" ... brilliant. What did he want, a free-kick?
Swansea will surely be favourites in the final, with their opponents being mere Bantam Weights. Some-one pass me my coat.
Ladbrookes offering 1000:1 that the ball boy involved in the Hazard incident will sign professionally for Swansea and be sent off for fouling Hazard....got to get me a piece of that
Hazard barely touched him and he went down like a sack of potatoes. He was trying it on, no question. Doesn't excuse Hazard's actions though. Anyone seen this tweet from AFC Wimbledon? Hilarious! https://twitter.com/AFCWimbledon/status/294406025707143169
