Can't help but think this will have a big effect on whether we get Campbell or not. I reckon we want him on loan as do Palace and it's a game of cat and mouse. Reckon he would prefer to stay down south and is hanging on in the hope of being offered a deal with Palace permanently as that would be preferable to a loan. He hasn't said no to us because we are probably offering him better wages for a loan. Once they have £10m in the bank from the Zaha sale I think the goal posts move and Palace will win the race.
****in ublievable, zaha really isn't that good. Sir Alex knows a player when he sees one, let's see what he's seen which no one else has..
What a waste of money. Zaha is way over-rated and not good enough IMO for Manchester Utd. But as always twt.
Of course you can polish a turd, but it will always be a turd. A very fitting saying, zaha looks like a turd aswell.
Agreed. I think City now have a much smaller window of opportunity with DJ and it closes when the Zaha deal is done. If we're going to get him the Allams need to make an offer that gets the cogs turning in our direction.
Thats the problem with English players. Look at Liverpool with Henderson, Downing and Carroll You should a bit of form and the media make you sound like the new Pele and you get a massive price tag when really your an average player.
When you think of the combined transfer fees of Carroll - Henderson - Downing the world has gone mad.!!!
Can someone explain this to me? it used to be the case when there were quotas on foreign players but now there is no logic for this if indeed it is the case. Or am I missing something?
