As suggested in the other thread, any delay is probably nothing to do with us being indecisive, but is due to the Dramas wanting bodies in before letting anyone go

They're only interested in new names. Well that's not the case, as we've seen with Elmo. You can't take loan players for granted, they can be recalled according to the contract. We're a Championship club in the Jan transfer window which has to be patient for Ricardo's well put "domino effect" to be put into motion. The deals are in place but they need pre-existing deals to kick in. Saha to Man U would be a prime example. Palace would say " if Saha goes to Man U at price X then we'll offer you more for DJ and we'll increase DJ's wages to wage X (to agent). Agent gets more sign-on fee too. QPR say fine by us.
