I don't think you can naturally get taken over.

I have PS3 so get online for free and I think I'm on level 24 now - thing is I have 2 different take overs than I can purchase at different levels. Haven't tried them but don't know if one gives you a bigger budget or not? A good one to buy is scouting a future wonderkid... you're scout goes out and picks up a potential 90+ player at the start of every season. Is really good one especially when a lower club. Used that one quite a bit - don't see it as cheating as it's like improving your scouting network.

Can also get a rematch one or a gauranteed win but never got those as seem like cheating to me.

 

They are both 100% cheating and there is no way you will catch me doing either! However, if you did want to use them, why not just save your career before playing a game and restart that way to cheat? Doesn't cost you these point thingys that way either

I quite like the sound of the scout thing although the facelessness would annoy me

 

I guess it's easier than having to save and restard every time? Either way I've not done it but you do get some good ones. You can also buy the locked classic kits for some teams using it and the points are free and accumalated when you play matches so doesn't cost you anything.

You have a real problem with the faceless people! What would you do if Neymar had no face on this game

Neymar has a face though and is fantastic (although I've only bought him once since you have to be a top team with a **** load of cash), it is only a matter of time before he joins Liverpool Football Club

Edit: the face less players only really annoy me after a game when it shows the player ratings and they are all the blank silhouettes

 

I started a career as Santos - sold Neymar!

Was able to buy Adryan, Bernard, Casemiro, Dede, Andre Santos and Rever!

Santos is like taking over Man City, Barcelona or Bayern Munich, they are by far the best side in that league!

Adryan, Casemiro and Dede are quality buys there. Bernard is good and you will be able to make a bit of profit on him depending on how much you paid of course. Santos is a bit old and was start to decline on you after a season or two, best of getting a use out of him for a year then shipping him out again IMO. Not heard of Rever

 

Wait... it wasn't Andre Santos of Arsenal. It was the Brazilian bloke that plays LB for Porto. Forget his name.

Was basically trying to destroy the Serie A by buying the best players of all the teams around me ... and I did!

Rever is an 80 skill Brazilian centre back. Was able to get him cheap cos he wanted to leave his club.

Now you mention Rever as a CB, I think I have seen his name. Never signed him though

When I took over Gremio I bought Adryan and then a lot of young quality Brazilian players that I could develop and make money from

 

Rever is that player that when you take over a ****ty team, he is JUST out of reach, whether it be the transfer, the wages, etc. I can't tell you how many times I wonder about blowing the budget on him and never do.

 

But if you're at a good side he's not good enough

Spent a while yesterday getting to legendary in passing

 

Completed all but two but not spent specific time on them, just having a quick one or two goes before playing a game. Got the 'tennis football' (is this what you mean by legendary passing?) and 'stuttering penalties' left but can't do either

I only do the challenges presented before the game but I am a bit stuck now at the legendary ones but don't give a **** about doing them though. Will get back on the sticks tonight if I am not out at the pub.

 

Yeh the tennis football one. Got so annoyed always seeing it I sat and completed it haha.

 

I completed all but these two months ago. I don't even bother trying with them anymore, just piss about practicing ****


PS...after twenty league games, I am second and just one point behind Spurs with Aldershot Town. I topped my CL group which included Juventus who battered me 4-0 at their place (I beat them 4-2 at home). However, I got Rochdale in the first League Cup game which i thought was a waste of time playing as I would batter the living **** out of them so simulated it, drew 2-2 and lost 5-4 on penalties

 

Just finished the winter transfer window. Didn't like Walcott or Pogba so used them in deals to bring in Gaston Ramirez and Wilshire respectively. Swapped a youth player who was on bench for Yesil. Sold Immobile too but that was down to Juventus giving me £25m for him, re-bought Leandro for a third time as a replacement Boniperti is now valued at £28.5m

PS...I'm at the point that I would normally quit because my side is too good and I'm starting to find it easy to win. Still draw or lose the odd game but if I play every match I run away with the league! Because I'm in charge of Aldershot Town, the smiulation makes me draw or lose a lot so keep doing a few to drop behind so I have a chase
