Looking at potentially building a new website for Hull City fans to be able to get the latest news updates on. I know there is a few out there already but I would like to be able to put my new abilities to the test after starting my career in web development.
So, feedback, what would you want?

    Cheers

For those of us of an older generation how about a section on the lines of Those Were The Days ....... yes The Boothferry Park years, vids, pics etc.

Wow ...... superb elrooj ....... and yes links as well ....... I have a lot of affection for Boothferry Park although the KC have seen lots more success then Boothferry, not least Premier League Football, (ok the old Division 1) I think the nearest the Boothferry mob came to the ultimate league was on goal difference ...... something like point 3 of a goal, or something like that, one season. Many thanks for posting.

Looking at the video brought back memories of my childhood. In later years Raich would help out in his mother-in-laws beer off shop down Hawthorn Avenue and I use to go in there just to get served by the great guy, not booze by the way, I was too young LOL.

Then in later years, when a Hull City fanatic, I got to know Andy 'Jock' Davidson quite well and use to go to his mother-in-laws to pester him for programmes and autographs LOL. I use to love the pre season, the players were not allowed on the Boothferry pitch, Stan Coombes saw to that, so they use to decamp to the old Hull City stadium alongside The Circle cricket ground, now of course the KC Stadium.

There you could mingle with the players, and the manager, Cliff Britten in those days, Bob Brocklebank was not so sociable, and when you are a young lad it makes your day.

Certainly interesting ..... and the bit about being manager of Mansfield ....... well that's where a certain Ken Wagstaff was signed from in the 1960's along with Ian Butler and Ken Houghton who both came from Rotherham, all for £40,000 a piece, priceless in today's terms.
