Anybody else not feel sorry for the little twat. His job is to get the ball back on the pitch asap.

Max Clifford has probably already contacted the family to "advise" them how to claim, and spend, thousands in compo.

Little ****. Loved the look on his face though; couldn't believe Hazard dared to try to do something about his ****ish antics.

standard practice for ball boys to do stuff like this if it gives an advantage to the home side. Hazard's actions completely unacceptable, he's assaulted a kid. Deserved red

I thought it was hilarious! I would've red carded the little twat for holding up play. Hazard probably went too far, but if the ball boy isn't up to doing his job properly, he shouldn't be there.

IMO a bit strong, but we're each allowed an opinion.

Compare the attitude/behaviour of this kid with that of the ball-boys around rugby pitches.

I think that kid should be severely punished. Honestly, if I was Hazard I woulda **** kicked the twat harder. I understand what it is like to be in those scenarios where play is running down and your desperate to score only for some little ***gy kid try to be clever

Now ofcourse I understand why hazard was sent off but it annoys me more that the kid won and got his team a reward for doing the wrong thing.

If I was Hazard and knew I would be sent off I'd have actually given the wee ****er something to cry about.

And he was on twitter beforehand:

"Charlie Morgan™
‏@CHARLIEM0RGAN
The king of all ball boys is back making his final appearance #needed #for #timewasting"

They should employ some sort of ruling that if the ref believes that ball-boys are needlessly wasting time, they add on 10 minutes to the game. They wouldn't be such a smart ****er about it then would they

Hazard should get jailed. Criminal offence. End of. And no fine, please, Judge. Wouldn't matter to him.

There is absolutely no reason to kick a kid. Think about it - a stranger kicks your kid. You going to laugh and tell the offender that he deserved it? Nope, you'll probably get jailed yourself.

Professional, my arse. Pub team players wouldn't do that to a kid.

He quite clearly tried to kick the ball out from under the prick. If that deserves a jail sentence then the world is going to ****.

If that kid doesn't get a three year banning order, I'm quitting football forever.

Probably.

He describes himself as a "LAD" on his twitter bio.

Says it all really.

It's a good job Hazard kicked him, Torres would have missed him, Cole would have shot him and Terry would have shagged him. ARF!

"Honest your honour, I didn't mean to kill him, it was only one punch".

.... and other failed defences ...

He's a professional football player, and should simply appeal to the officials and make sure the ball is returned & adequate time added on.

The ref should also have had the kid removed from the stadium.

Also going by his twitter he's at least 15/16, not exactly an innocent little boy.

Adequate time is never added on though, is it?

I'm not saying what Hazard did wasn't stupid, but I don't have any sympathy for a ned who quite clearly couldn't believe someone took issue with him acting like a ****.

If you really think the officials would've sorted the situation out, removed the kid from play and added the necessary time on, you're delusional. The officials would've looked at Hazard and laughed at his feeble protestations. The ball boy is hired TO PUT THE BALL BACK IN PLAY, not smother it and prevent players from continuing the game in an attempt to give his side a slight advantage. If he can't do the job properly he shouldn't be employed. Simple as that.
