Agree with itfcptc about Sir Alf.Without making too much work would it be possible to shuffle Matty up closer to MM(ooerr) and put a pic of Sir Alf's statue beneath "Division 1 Champions 1961/62" at the right hand end?

The more suggestions the better - a lot of these players are before my time so a list of candidates to appear on the banner would be helpful

(PS Can't believe I forgot to add in Sir Alf!)

Do you think MM should be in there? Not really an Ipswich Town legend (but hopefully will become one!)

Wright how many images of people would you say could fit on there? Then perhaps we could come up with a shortlist of players/managers and then vote on it and the most popular ones get put on?? Maybe memoriable images also like picture of the players with the various cups we've won??

I would say probably best between 6-10, but I can always resize them to fit in as many as possible. Depends how big the picture is (i.e. pictures of all the players with the cup would need to be bigger to make out what it is)

    Top Stuff <applause>

I would say that is a very sterling effort and I would be happy to see that every time I logged on..

I can't think of any glaringly obvious players/pictures missed off but I'm sure there will be some who would like to see some other fans favourites but I think what you have done encapsulates the best of the club and would stand the test of time.

I'll start the ball rolling then, I'd like to see:

    Ramsey
Robson (could both be their statues)
    Mick Mills with UEFA cup
Kevin Beattie (Possibly one with the FA Cup?)
    Burley (as a player?)
    John Wark
    Matt Holland
    Jim Magilton
    Marcus Stewart
Mick McCarthy (if anyone thinks someone from the current set up should be on there)

They're in my order of preference

Perhaps we could put a blacked our figure on there aswell for Marcus Evans??

Would rather see the image of Portman Road without the cross-hatching effect. Other than that, a very fine effort.

Wrighty, if you PM me your email address I'll send you my old psds and image library, I just don't have time to work on it but you might find some useful stuff in there.

I liked the effect, particularly at the sides.

    Stirling effort, sir.

    Excellent effort.

Can we not slip in 'Pride of East Anglia'?
