I believe I may have said, in an earlier post, something along the lines of... you watch the dominoes fall, in terms of sackings of managers, from clubs who are not doing as well as they hoped, just so that they may tempt the success story that is Nigel Adkins. Huddersfield have gone and sacked Simon Grayson after they have not won in their last 12 matches: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21184105 Grayson is no mug, but Adkins has the Midas Touch [do you doubt it..?] and so Huddersfield are the first to show their hand. I'll bet there will be more. Huddersfield haven't approached Nigel, but they'd be idiots not to. My gut feeling says he's better than their ambitions though, despite their illustrious history.
