Accepting that without any doubt the answer is Roy Keane but we never saw the best of him, who was the best midfielder for Celtic in the last 10 years?

Lubo edging out Lambo for this cat.

Tough one. Lubo at his best was an absolute joy, probably the biggest natural talent of those listed. Besides any other considerations, Lambert and Naka scored 2 of my 3 top all-time favourite Celtic goals (second goal in New Year 98(?) derby and that freekick against Manyoo). Lenny was unfussy and unglamourous but extremely effective. Wanyama might turn out to be best of the lot, but unfortunately maybe at another club.

But if I had to decide, it's Petrov. As an all-round "modern" midfielder, he probably just pips it. He scored >10 goals (in the league alone), per season for 3 or 4 years. Of course, in ten minutes time I may well have changed my mind <laugh>

Boy is class and I've heard a good rumour that we have given Barcelona first refusal when Celtic and Wanyama decide to part ways

Now now, play nice, I didn't say he was ****, he might be the colour of **** and smell like ****, but rumour has it, he isn't bad, but a world class footballer from Kenya? I don't think so.

P.S. Is he even from Kenya, or am I thinking of somebody else?

    The Kenyan Fenian

It's only the opinion of someone who has never been to Celtic Park in his life mainly because he only kind of likes them...but yes I believe he is going to be in the "near future" considered world class while playing in the Barca midfield

First of all Roy Keane, gave up the right to be called a footballer by engineering his
Dismissal from the Irish squad in 2002. That was the worse act that I can recall any
Footballer doing on his fellow team mates. Selfish and arrogant describes Roy Keane.
You can take the traveller out of the caravan, but can you take the caravan syndrome
    Out of the traveller.
Old man Lubo had it all, he had the style the grace and could use two feet. When you
Think of Lubo, it makes you realise the million wasted yearly on the poor below average
Footballers that every club has in the premiership.
