Just a thought. After our last two flirtations with the Prem. when we didn't exactly do that well, do you think our current team could stay up looking at the bottom teams at present? 13 Norwich 23 26 pts 14 Fulham 23 25 15 Southampton 23 23 16 Newcastle 23 21 17 Aston Villa 23 20 18 Reading 23 19 19 Wigan 23 19 20 QPR 23 15
It makes me feel a lot better about losing to them. They have played phenomenally and thoroughly deserve their place in the final.
Unfortunately i have to use specialist instructor insurance, and though i'm changing insurers this year for a cheaper quote, sadly one of my learners bashed my car 2 years ago, so my insurance rocketed...as they claimed for a new car which i swear they didn't need and 3 cases of whiplash which couldn't possibly have happened at the speed they were going..so..my insurance went up by over £500...and i'm still paying for it Hey ho... good to hear good news Leonardo, best wishes to both What was the score?
Al think yourself lucky. I had a bit of work done on my fun car which i only do a few hundred miles a year and the bill came to £17000!! OK its a bit faster now though but on reflection not money well spent for a road car.
Morning all from a slightly warmer West West London - it was a balmy -0.5C when I left bandit country! I wonder if Lambert will survive or we will see the quick return of Adkins? Not wanting to take anything away from Bradford who played very well in both legs, I thought Villa were very poor. No shape, no leadership and considering the pace of some of their players, very slow. I cannot see how Lambert will survive after putting together such a poor team considering the resources at his disposal. Thanks in advance for the frothy AK

Morning.... Villa/Lambert have lost the plot. Bradford are a journeyman team who in two games should have been dispatched. BUT.... they did brilliantly in beating Wigan, Arsenal and Villa... whilst losing to lesser teams than themselves in the League... and of course...... for once they are doing more than Leeds ( and Colin)
Morning all, bright and sunny here this morning and with the aid of the wellies I might be able to get out and about a bit. So Bradford are saying that their cup run will secure the future of the club. Very good for them, but a lot of local businesses were not so fortunate when Bradford went through two administrations. It shouldn't stop the current team and club being justly proud of what they have achieved, but if you are one of the unfortunates who lost money and maybe their livelihood then I doubt that you are quite so joyful.
By my reckoning, Bradford have actually won more games against Premiership teams than Villa have this season - so no surprise that they won.
Well today is my 34th anniversary of joining the RAF It feels like yesterday, honest Just had the call from the garage doing my car's service and yes they are changing the cam belt on my car as well I knew it was due but never the less, also changing the fuel and pollen filter oh well must get on my uniform is not going to iron itself
morning all! congrats Al that's pretty amazing tbh! Bradford did pretty well against us too...that could have been us! lol Thanks for the caramel latte Ak Oh...and it's snowing near Watford this afternoon...not enough to worry about yet...but what a pain!
A nice little view of WFC. http://www.thefalsenine.co.uk/2013/01/23/pozzo-family-methods-benefiting-zolas-watford/
Has anyone else realised that if Swansea hold on tonight the team representing England in next years Europa League for winning the League Cup will either be from Wales or low enough in the league system to still be eligible for the JPT!
Not bad, but Man citys 3-0 win shows we have a way to go? In that case the fact they trashed Villa 5-0 and scored 3 goals or more against Southampton, QPR and Sunderland shows we're not too far behind the teams at the bottom.
Afternoon all from a cold but sunny Queretaro. The new job is going and seems ok. Apart from that not much to report. Roll on the weekend and here's to a Swansea win !!
Anyone else just seen Chelski's Hazard get sent off for kicking the ballboy He should not have stopped the player getting the ball but never the less! kicking a ballboy!!!!!
