Stoke have told Swansea they will have to pay £4.5m if they want to sign
the Potters' 28-year-old Trinidad & Tobago international striker Kenwyne
Jones.

To me (Jones) even on a bad day this is a good deal for them and a bad one for us!

 

I agree, he is scoring goals and creating chances, which is more than can be said for some in the team, still think the main issue is ineffective missmanagement though to be honest.

Any one know where Edu has gone, his name is no longer listed as a Stoke player on the BBC site. I can't remember him so much as kicking a ball for us in anger. Is this another player who has refused to have his square head filed round?

 

Hes gone out on loan mate - cant remember where.

That beats any other amusing comment this week mate..

 

I work with a Rangers fan, he says Edu is absolute ****e, compared him to Salif Diao. We probably only signed him to make up the numbers, in case Adam and N'Zonzi didn't come.
Feel a bit sly, slating the guy and I've never seen him play, but I haven't heard anything good about him.

 

To be fair mate, I went on the Ranger board when we were in for him and they slated him and take into account they were going to be playing in the 3rd division and were happy for us to take him - says it all.

Its what frustrates me the most, wasting money on wages of people who will neither play or improve the squad.
