Exaggerated small incidents. Not holding signs up during the game could just be because you're not allowed to during most games - pain in the arse for people behind. However there were definitely signs in the crowd (which was pretty embarrassing) and as people have said, there were definitely interviews outside.
Yep I saw plenty of signs/ T Shirts etc saying thanx Nigel etc, I did see one sign get taken away but that was because it said 'Cortese is ****, rot in hell'
Fans being told to remove the posters, otherwise they'll be forced to leave the stadium. Also overheard a journalist say to a fan we're not allowed to interview you on SMS boundaries, and gestured outside the boundaries.
How come my bro and then me were interviewed by Sky outside St Marys then?, also Cortese didn't exactly stop the Journo's conducting interviews did he?. I think you just had a over excited steward on your stand as there were plenty of signs about.
Look son all this has abviously upset and offended you and you obviously don't like Cortese so save yourself a great deal of grief by ****ing off and supporting another club. You might try Pompey. With the prospect of them being a part community owned club they should very much appeal to your perverse sense of injustice.

No one actually seems to have seen or heard any of this happening, they've just heard about it apparently happening to someone they don't know. Wouldn't be surprised if it was Daily Echo journalists spreading the rumour outside SMS.
actually, it sounds to me as if Nigel had been doing some upwards training ... all Cortese was doing, was "controlling the controllables"!! If he could control it, he controlled it.
Look I am sorry I was rude to you but you are going a bit OTT with this mate. I liked Nigel as much as anyone and I was as devastated and angry about his departure as probably you are. A good rule to live by is don't waste your energy on things you can't change but focus on the things you can. If you can't live with what has happened then you are going to have to think hard about how you are going to come to terms with this.
Apology accepted Godders I'm over the sacking now, There's nothing I/We can do about it,I don't agree with it one tiny bit, but I do agree with all the stick Cortese is getting right now - both from the media and fans. I just don't agree with how Nigel has been airbrushed and pushed out of history in the eyes of our great club. It won't blow over 100% untill results pick up on a continuous run I don't think.
A lot if fans are fickle if we go on a good run all will be forgotten. As I said before no one knows how or why Adkins was sacked. We don't know if Cortese sacked him like a gentleman or sacked him ruthlessly, all it is atm is crap from the media. They see a opportunity to print negative crap over and over again. They know they will get away with it as Cortese is a very private man, so far no one has come out with facts(apart from Adkins being sacked.)
