Rebecca Stephenson ‏@1rebs Also, fact that SAF hasn't joined #mufc in Doha this week indicates the deal may now have reached football not financial arrangements
looks like he'll be a United player by tomorrow morning, he's a good player with potential, i've seen him a few times, i remember he played against Huddersfield before christmas, he scored a class goal, he's going to prove the doubters wrong, the fee we're apparently pay for him will look like a bargain.
What is the fee? I remember wanting us at Norwich to take a punt on him a year or so back. I'm surprised a top club like United has come in for him so early in his career tbh.
2 great academies. I'd say Southampton edge it..Bale, Ox, Walcott, Shaw, Lallana. All in the last 5 or so years. Incredible.
What this forum needs is a thread to discuss all United transfer news. Can't believe no one has thought to set one up.
Yeah quite a lot he is a good player and very talented although I never thought he would make it to a club like Utd. SAF knows more than me though and if he sees anything in him he can mould it will be a good signing. Will need time though he's a bit like a young Nani but with time still on his side.
How many times have you seen him play matth? The reason I used that comparison is because he has similar traits to nani...selfish, unpredictable and inconsistent. Now all those things are to be expected at 20 years old and if Fergie can iron that out you will have a very good player on your hands.
a few times Irdan, he reminds me of a young ronaldo in my opinion, he's got the tricks and skills to succeed in the premier league, if he can imrpove on his goalscoring record, we might have a potential world class player in our team.
