Jacky man... we get that you don't like the government, royal family or army etc.......
you don't need to keep repeating the same sentiment in different ways.

Back on topic I think his comments being publicised is a bad thing as it will be seen as inflamatory by the terrorists who will use it to whip up support.

The way the red tops will report it doesn't help, but once he was sent into a warzone the die was pretty much cast

Like I say, that means absolutely nothing more to me than any other opinion poll, including NUFC's player of the season polls. It's utterly pointless telling me that it's worthwhile, in truth.

Until everybody in the land is given a vote, I don't think it's fair to suggest it's a majority verdict at all <ok>

BBC and many other organisations seem heavily biased towards the monarchy because they get guaranteed stories from it, so they tend to edit out the anti-sentiment, in my opinion. Bit like MOTD when they make a one-sided match appear like it was 50-50.

    P.s
As a side-note, I find it a bit repulsive that people argue the merit of something so ideologically repressing on the basis that it's "popular". But that's just me.

Come on now Gandalf: these are the only daft things I've ever heard you say on this forum.

Do you have any reason that the poll doesn't mean anything ? Biased question ? Insignificant sample ? Improper methodology ? Anything ?

And as for the last bit, you have difficulty with anyone justifying the method of government of a democracy on the basis that it's what the members of the democracy want ?

Lad, I'd thought you were infallible. Who will I hero worship now ?

You mean you're not infallible Gandalf? That's the basis that you were made up to Mod for, we'll have to have a rethink now.
