I think it's kinda funny that the Nigels on here use Scottish slang in their posts.

How often have you found our slang slipping into your conversations when yer up the boozer with yer mates?

 

I have uttered the words Wid Ye when some tidy burd walks into the pub and had a few strange looks

Im actually using the word beeling now without realising it, mates wondering wtf im on about going to try out using the word boaby tonight with my bird and see how it tickles her fancy

 

I've started using beeling as well! I did actually use the word "boaby" the other week and started to get very worried indeed. I think it's a Government conspiracy to make everyone in the UK more Scottish so that they deicde they don't actually need to have indpendence

Always liked Absolutely, Rab C Nesbitt, Chewin the Fat, Still Game etc so drifting into the odd Scottyism has never been a problem.

Also enjoyed the Glaswegian Dolmio adverts on YouTube, "when was the last time you had your hole"
