Right we're going to lose. Its ****ing simple as that. A new manager wont do ****. The team he has put out is ****ing diabolical. As everyone is saying if McInnes picked this side we would be shouting that he doesn't know what he's doing. Leeds will, like they do every time we meet, Run out comfortable winners and hopefully SoD will see how desperate we are for 3-4 players. I'm not going to sit here and be a happy clapper like most are about SoD and have no hope for this team. As I said a draw would be a brilliant result and I would bite someones hand off for a 0-0

Leeds home and away, Ipswich Away are the 3 fixtures we shouldn't even bother turning up too.

I fear an absolute beating today.

However, Bristol city have an uncanny knack of doing the opposite to what I expect. so a 1-0 win wouldn't actually surprise me (I lie, it would!)

Regards Foster, I personally dont find him to be as bad as most of you seem to and do think he shows good energy..

Was obvious. We always go in to a game 1-0 down. If we don't score. We lose

Well considering what most here were predicting 0-1 was a fairly good result and listening to the commentary at least they fought, ps my neighbour here is a LU fan he went back home just before they scored thought Leeds were playing rubbish but said sounded like we were stifling everything they tried.

I was unable to listen to radio Bristol as phone line down all afternoon due to thunder storms and high winds. (Sunny Portugal it ain't)
I did not expect anything today so 67 minutes before we let in a goal seems to be a bonus.
How did we perform as a team and did any stand out? Were those who have been woeful any better today?

Kelly sounded like he had a good game. Seems up until late in the first half he was our only chance of a goal. Other than that it was a team game, Nobody stood out but nobody had a shocking game. Sounded more solid than recent months too.

SHINY there is not only your comments others have picked out individuals also...

...S O D will obviosly pick who he..that is the manager of BCFC.... the team he regards as the strongst available, thank god we can only throw in opinions which are basically just that, opinions I think he ought to go for real expierience and try and sign Ryan Giggs..................................lol

I have just seen the very brief bit of yesterdays match on City-Player.

Anyone who claims that Foster was responsible for the goal is clearly wrong.

Firstly no-one shut down the Leeds player who crossed the ball and as McCormick only headed it FOUR yards from goal, where was our goalkeeper? Any cross that close to goal must be keeper's ball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone who has played any level of football would be very disappointed if their keeper did not come and catch or at least punch it clear.

    Now watched extended video.
1st Half; 2 City central defenders marking one Leeds attacker so other attacker gets free header on goal.
Shot on target by Foster, only one in this half?
    2nd Half;
Leeds have free header from their corner.
Poor defensive header from City gives unchallenged shot from Leeds midfielder.
Leeds free header from their corner.
Poor defensive header from Pearson out of City box gives ball to Leeds and from cross they score with header from 4 yards. Foster's jump not good enough but why oh why is Heaton not claiming the cross so close to goal. He has no chance with any header from FOUR yards out!

This is not a criticism of anyone who played, just my take on 13 minutes of "highlights". Dress it up any way we want, I did not see us win any headers from crosses. If this continues we don't have a hope of beating any team this season. Pessimistic? No realistic!

I'm sorry to say, I felt reasonably optimistic this time last year that we would survive.

    We're going down this time...

in the last few years of relegation battles teams around us lost game after game after game.. this year teams around us pick up a few points here and there, go on a run which really leaves us up **** creeck without a paddle.

RR I also believe I think that S O'D is one of only 3 managers who might keep City up this year,
    The Other 2
Darren Fergussen because he could always ask Daddy to borrow players
J C because it going to need something close to a miracle.
