0-0 .. Better than Everton taking all three points, Southampton could have won it though with all the chances they had

They are 4 points ahead so won't go above them if we beat Arsenal

Spurs have Norwich, West Brom away then Newcastle home, West Ham away, Arsenal at home then us away. Think they could easily drop a few points there to West Brom, West Ham, Arsenal. We just need to stay within 6 points of them by the time we play and would give us a chance.

  7. Yeah, the BBC table hadn't updated <doh>

Nor did I mean we'd go above them if we beat Arsenal, I meant if we all win the rest of our games we would go above Everton when we beat Everton and we would go above Arsenal when we beat Arsenal <ok>

Obviously, I was pissing about too (feel the need to point this out seen as though everyone seems to be taking what I say the wrong way at the minute <grr>)

Must win for us IMO <ok>

We owe them a beating for the game at Anfield earlier in the season.

  14. Beat the **** out of them and convince Walcott to join us on a freebie...? <whistle>

He just signed a new contract. Keep up.. <whistle>

  16. When did that happen?

PS...I didn't want Walcott either, I made that well extremely well known, I even offered to cut my left bollock off with a spoon <yikes>

Edit: just searched and found it. That'll be yet another player holding a club to ransom then...£100k per week for 3.5yrs AND a £3m signing-on fee, a package worth £33.5m <doh>

Vital we get a result out of Arsenal or City.

On a side note i'm getting pissed off with current and ex player stating we must get 4th for Suarez to stay.

We won't get forth so are we admitting he's going this summer? I wish quite a few connected with the club would just keep their mouths shut.

Could have given it to Luv, isn't he in need of another one?

Not sure if he held them to ransom, his contract was out in the summer and he's been their best goal scorer this year so probably deserved a pay increase (not that any footballer needs one). He could have easily left it until the summer and got a move to another top team for similar money in my opinion.

  19. Can't argue with that but he was reported offered an initial £75k per week which would have been a pay increase anyway. The fact he only had six months left meant he had Arsenal by the bollocks (seems to be my theme tonight) and subsequently got the £100k per week he was reportedly seeking in the beginning, plus a £3m signing-on fee which will be spread over the course on the contract meaning he is effectively on £116k per week <doh>

Does make you wonder why they didn't give RVP the money he wanted to stay if they were happy to give it to Wallcott.

I'd also be a bit pissed if I was Wilshire, just signing a new contract then a month later Wallcott goes and signs once for substantially more
